Installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my house. They were very easy to deal with - Joff, Jon and the installation crew. Their pricing was fair and reasonable and they did not oversell me. Explained everything in detail and gave me options and appropriate recommendations. They were flexible as to project start date. The installation team was extremely efficient and left no mess.
All in all, a great experience. I’d recommend them highly to all my friends. It is clear that they are a well run family business that’s been around for many years. Great personalized service, not the big company, cookie-cutter approach.

They were great to work with. They installed a new air conditioner and gas furnace. They suggested a few options on what type of equipment to get. The installers were polite and professional. They were also flexible in installing the gas line since I had to get one run up from the street.

I called Marvin Kanze to get a quote to replace my hear pump and air handler. After meeting their sales representative, Joff, I knew immediately I was going to hire them. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He followed through on all of his promises and the experience was absolutely seamless throughout. Dave and Marty did a great job installing my new equipment and took the time to explain everything and to troubleshoot when my new thermostat wasn’t connecting and they cleaned up everything. Amazing job! We live in a old stone house from 1929 that had steam heat and an inefficient boiler. With limited closet space and no real linkage between floors, we did a complete 2-system upgrade: gas fired in basement, electric from attic. Joff and his team (Harry and Marty) worked with us the whole way, shifting and solving on the fly to make the best of cramped, complicated space. 100% would recommend for people who are in the same boat.

Appreciate how thorough and professional Joff and team have been. He helped spec out a ductless unit two years ago that is working great. Also found an expert to solve a problem with my old heat pump this winter that was missed by another company. Highly recommend.

I have a nearly 100 year old home and for 20 years, would put in and remove window air conditioning units. This has been a nuisance and was damaging the windows. Because of the age of the home, it has limited closet space and plaster walls. Neither is ideal for central AC with large duct work. I finally decided to go with the ductless Mitsubishi mini splits system and chose Marvin E Kanze for installation. From the day I called the office, the process was easy! Joff called me right back and came out to go over EVERYTHING. While mini splits are the perfect cooling solution for my home, this company made my final decision! The process began in mid-November and with winter weather snags, installation happened in early January. I haven’t been able to use the cooling part of the system but the heating worked beautifully - it was a nice addition to the bedroom warmth on a few super cold nights. The team at Marvin E Kanze did a wonderful job with the installation! They were courteous, respectful and finished the job in 5 days, as expected. Since installation was in winter, someone will come out to do a quick service check in May to make sure all is well with the cooling part of the system. I am thrilled to no longer need window units and can’t wait to use my new AC!! Thank you to Joff and the whole team at Marvin E Kanze.

I just first off want to say how satisfied we are about the exceptional service we received from both Joff and everyone at Marvin E. Kanze, Inc.! My wife and I have lived in our townhome for two years, and knew we would need to replace our HVAC system at some point. We were hoping to get another summer out of our AC unit, but the unit had other plans. I had other companies come in to give me a quote prior to contacting Joff. He was able to come inspect my HVAC system within a day of calling! They were also able to give me a better and more reasonable price then the other companies. He was very informative of the issues he saw and provided extensive detail of everything. In the end, we decided to get everything replaced: A/C, Furnace, and water heater. Knowing we did not have working A/C, Joff was able to squeeze us in very quickly to have the job completed. The workers did a fantastic job during the installation process and followed all of the guidelines in connection with COVID-19.

Excellent experience!! Marvin Kanze Installed a central air system and a mini split for my house. They also installed some new ductworks and did a ductwork cleaning after my project finished. Joff is accommodating and thoughtful. He listened and treated us like friends. He helped us not only on our AC needs but also on our other projects. His team was professional, kind and courteous. I highly recommended them and will definitely use them again!

We highly recommend Marvin E. Kanze for anyone who needs HVAC work done. Our first interaction with the company was when they removed our oil tank and replaced it with a gas system. Joff was our project manager, and we cannot say enough good things about him! He was so thorough, smart and did everything in his power to make sure our new system was customized to fit our needs. He wanted the best for us, but we never felt as if he was pushing his products. Joff is always quick to respond to our questions or requests and the technicians were able to fix each of our problems with ease. When time came for the instillation, Dave, Marty and Josh were excellent. They were efficient, hardworking and did an excellent job. They also left our house spotless when they finished.

We have used the company several times since installing our new system; we had to get a new water heater and have a thermostat replaced. Bob and Josh were diligent and went that extra mile for us. We look forward to continue working with Marvin E. Kanze in the future.
