Jonathan (Joff) and his team (Harry and Marty) were exceptionally responsive to a time-sensitive installation. They were professional, efficient, a pleasure to deal with and added value. We cannot recommend them more highly.

I had contacted them because I was looking for a TRANE AC unit. I have had so much trouble with inferior brands that I wanted one of the best brands out there. So, in addition to getting one of the best ac units I have ever owned, as a bonus I also got one of the most incredible installation and customer service experiences in my life. This company epitomizes what it means to go above and beyond with regard to customer service. The initial contact was flawless and our sales rep Joff got in touch with us immediately to set up an intensive consultation to get us the best size and product for our needs. Joff is absolutely exceptional at his job. His expertise is mind boggling and he presents it such a way as to not intimidate but rather make you completely at ease in knowing that you have the perfect people for the job at hand. The installers Harry and Josh were also incredible and efficient with everything they accomplished. Even a few obstacles in their way were met with precision and professionalism. Marvin E Kanze, inc was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning of my decision to buy a mini split system for my house. Their very personable representative, Joff Barbash, listened carefully to what I thought I wanted and designed a layout that would satisfy my needs and fit my budget. Actually, I had been warned that Kanze would be the most expensive of the three estimates I got. That was not the case at all. Their price was a tiny bit more than the least expensive and then they matched that price. The installers whooshed in and completed the job in a highly professional way. They left my home spic and span and COOL. I couldn’t be happier. Joff showed up the next morning to make sure that everything was to my liking. In short, I’m thrilled!

New HVAC equipment installation for new construction/addition. The work went very smoothly, and Kanze started and finished ahead of schedule. Their crew assigned to this project, Dave and Josh were outstanding! Great job communicating directly with the owner, good coordination with other trades and GC on site, very mindful of cleanup etc., and true attention to detail.

Aaron Kanze and his team are the top tier in terms of HVAC expertise in the Lower Merion area. Their team did servicing for our home's heater as well as provided detailed quotes for upgrading our systems. Since we got several quotes, I can tell you that Aaron spent double the time assessing our needs and considering potential problems that other firms did not think of. Aaron is very personable and has a great sense of humor too.

Our heater maintenance turned up some issues that prior firms who serviced our home never mentioned, so we were very appreciative. In terms of pricing, Kanze will not be the cheapest option, but they are not the most expensive either, and you do get top tier quality and care from them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing service.

Joff came out to help me get an estimate for my HVAC. He was always very informative even prior to coming out. He shared his knowledge and logic regarding how to efficiently run my AC with the existing ductwork. He wasn’t just to sell a unit. He took over 2.5 hrs going through the house and testing dampers to find the best possible option for my house system. He was very honest and didn’t just quote me an estimate but also sized the AC unit correctly. He left with an open invitation to ask more questions in the future...even if I did not buy a unit from him. I felt that he was honest and really wanted to figure out the challenges of my house. After his visit, my hot zones of the house is getting more cool air which was a challenge since we moved into this house. Thank you, Joff!

Joff was great, he explained our options and let us choose what was best for us. He's a good salesperson, he really explains everything and listens and answered our questions. the installers were great, they showed up on time, were quiet, polite and did not leave a mess behind. it was like they were never there. And the system is doing what they told us it would.

Our outdoor condenser was leaking and we decided to replace it. We were easily and quickly able to have Jonathan “Joff” Barbash come to our home to assess the situation. I wanted to know details and Joff answered all of my questions fully and patiently. He presented several options and talked them through with me, so I felt confident in my decision. He helped me choose the best option for our home which ended up being the least expensive (we had been told by another company we needed to spend at least 3 to 4 times more). Our hot water heater broke out of no where. We called Marvin Kanze and I COULD NOT believe how responsive they were. They came out to our house, gave us an estimate and installed the new unit before the other guys even got back to us! Not only that but their guys who couldn't have been any nicer or more professional came late night to do the work -- clearly overtime after a long day on another job. They could have so easily put off coming over till the next day but they made it to us! Phenomenal service!
