Entire process start to finish was great! Easy to get scheduled, showed up on time and same day, fixed the AC issue at hand and then checked everything else as well! Very friendly and professional, also have a seem-less digital process!

Denillo sent John out same day. He got our heat back on quickly and educated me about the unit as well. John was polite and extremely knowledgeable. I didn't know much about the furnace, but he treated my- I'm sure very basic- questions with respect and care.

I worked with Denillo to install a small bathroom fan/vent in our old house. Denillo's price was very fair and they were flexible with scheduling. The install took an unexpected turn that led to a larger hole being created in the bathroom ceiling than predicted due to the layout of the support beams in the ceiling. Without any hassle, Denillo contacted a separate professional drywall contractor to fix the hole around the fan free of additional charge. Overall the experience was extremely professional. A similar problem with a different contractor may have been an absolute nightmare. With Denillo, the fix was made, no questions asked. I will consider them for any future projects.

I would add that in addition to Nick's expertise, he is an especially patient man! He answered all of my 1001 questions to help me understand the issue with my equipment. The office staff at Denillo Heating and Cooling were equally as patient, which seems to be in short supply these days, and thus was very much appreciated!

Woke up to a chilly home on MLK day 2023. Called Denillo asap. They had services available the next day. Nick arrived early and even texted to say when he will be at the house. All the work was done in moments with one part needing replaces. The service was clean and efficient with no add ons or upselling. In the end the bill was surprisingly low. Anyone in the south hills of Pittsburgh looking for a solid and reliable HVAC service, this is your stop!!!!! My carrier furnace is over 20 years old and i credit Denillo for its longevity.

Called for a repair. They came the same day on the hottest day of the year so far and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly.
