Ac went out on hottest day of the year. Dennilo had someone there fast. Quickly diagnosed and had us cool again within a couple of hours of calling. Cost was reasonable too. Service and response grade = A++++++. First time calling them but will definitely use again
Our furnace went out a couple of days ago and we needed to get it fixed. At first, we had planned to use the company assigned to us through our home warranty company, but they could not come out for a week. Our original plan was to bundle up and use heaters to keep ourselves semi-warm until the issue could be addressed. After one and a half nights of sleeping in a frigid house, my wife decided that she could not take the cold any longer. I’m not sure if it was her justified complaining at 3 in the morning, or the slight shiver our dog experienced while waiting for me to give her the milk from my cereal the next morning, but I knew waiting another 4 days wasn’t going to cut it. (Now the point where I tell you my experience with the company.) I sent a message through the company’s website and was promptly contacted within the hour. They were able to set up an appointment for a technician to come to our house the same day. Upon arriving, the technician was friendly and courteous. He covered his shoes and followed me to the basement. I left him to his work as I always feel awkward standing over their shoulder when I know I have nothing to add and they are the professional. Within 10 minutes he identified what needed fixed and gave me a price. The price seemed reasonable and I was shocked that he could be back and install the part within 15 minutes. At that point we decided that this was our best option for multiple reasons. While he was gone getting the part, I canceled my home warranty inspection and got my $75 back! Upon returning, in the allotted time he had told us, he quickly got to work. The job was completed in 20 minutes and afterward he took the time to clean the system and make sure everything was working accordingly. I paid, he petted my dog, and then he was off. If we ever experience a heating or cooling problem again, I know who we will contact. Thank you!
I woke up to find my furnace was not coming on and it was 32 degrees outside so I called Denillo for help. Not only were they there the same morning, they spent the time to fix the issue and explain what they did at a very reasonable cost. They tested everything and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I have had negative experiences with other companies and after the service I get consistently with Denillo I would not use anyone else.
I woke up on Saturday and my heater wasn’t working. The heat/warm/air wasn’t coming out of the vents. I can fix some household things but anything plumbing or hvac related are not my specialty by any means. I got onto Google and tried to find the best company to call. I called a local company (I live in Pleasant Hills) that came out that same day to look at my furnace. The guy started to dig in and see what was going on. He changed my capacitor and said my blower motor was about shot. He said he could not change it because the way the furnace was there that part of the wall in the way. We would have to take out some of the wall. He also suggested buying a new furnace. He then suggested getting both a new furnace and AC unit together. It would cost around 10-13k depending on the model we got. My wife and I were bummed because we didn’t want to take the wall out but we also didn’t want to buy a new furnace/ac unit for that much money. We told him we needed to talk about it. The heater was partially fixed but we were on limited time. It wasn’t going to last long. Well exactly one week later l, the very next Saturday, the heater stopped again. We have a 1 year old son, so obviously we need our heater working in the winter. I decided to get on google and try someone else and see what their opinion was. I called Denillo. Shane came out and looked at our furnace. He said we needed a new blower motor. He said we did not need a new furnace. He said he could fix it without taking the wall out. And the price to fox that motor was HALF of what the other company quoted us. Shane was fantastic and extremely honest. I know this review is super long but if you want an honest company that is going to do great work and not try to sell you on big things you don’t need, call Denillo. Hopefully you’re lucky enough to get Shane. Great company. Honest. Shane saved the day and at a very fair price. We felt 1,000 times better than the weekend before. Thanks Denillo and thank you Shane.
I called Denillo based on excellent reviews. Good choice! I replaced my 21-year old furnace and AC, and I feel so comfortable with my decision. I met with the owner, Nick Denillo, who discussed options and patiently explained the variations on different models (like what does SEER really mean for me?). He explained the pros and cons and gave me several choices, with no pressure and no attempts to upsell to the most expensive models if that is not what I wanted. When installation day came, Tyler and his crew did a great job. All the install work is clean and professional, and they were friendly and courteous. This is a second-generation family business doing good work for fair prices with honesty and a smile. Nothing but 5 stars all around!
The tech was early, professional, stayed to explain my problem, showed me what the cause was, very awesome company, called them at 9 AM, they were at my home by 230Pm, all other services put me on a 3 day wait. Use these guys, they get it done! Very happy and satisfied.
