Last summer my furnace starting acting up. My father insisted I use this company as my mother had known them as customers for some years. They came to the house and of course said fixing the furnace would be too difficult and instead I should replace the entire furnace. So they put in a unit that is far too weak for my home. They also know of an obviously leak in the cooling drainage system which was the cause of the problems with my original furnace. So against my better judgement they install a new system. When they left I find that didn’t even address the leak. They left the leaking drains there to damage a brand new and costly furnace. So I call them back. They put on new PVC drains but they never addressed the fact that there was a clog and my system was not draining properly. I kept telling my father this is why my house is not cool. Basically what they did was leave a broken system that removes the humidity from the air. So I suffered all last summer with an awful system that blows zero air and outrageous gas and electric bills. Even all this winter my furnace blew constantly and my electric bills from it running were higher than they have ever been even with the AC running in the typical summer. So here I sit on the first humid day of the year ~ still May mind you ~ and with my AC set at 71 my thermostat now reads 75 degrees. Even with three fans blowing. I have a medical condition that causes me to be extremely heat intolerant and I have no idea how I am going to get through this summer. I would give anything to have my old furnace back that kept my house comfortable all year round with minimal gas and electric bills. My gas bill prior to this furnace averaged $52 each month! I have no idea how I will afford another replacement furnace since they insisted on tearing mine out when all I wanted was a repair done. They replaced it and never repaired the problem. Thousands of dollars later I should just open the windows. I want to cry. I’m seriously afraid of what this summer will do to me. I’ve got three fans blowing with my AC on IN May and it’s still 75 degrees in my house. What will July and August bring? Me in the hospital more than likely. This is the third time I’ve tried to leave a negative review and they never appear. I don’t know how this company gets away with that either. I will be leaving them elsewhere. A cooling system can not work if the system does not drain properly. It first removes humidity and only after that it cools the air. My house is extremely well insulated and I have excellent windows. Uugghhh.

Diagnostic for necessary repair of furnace, options made clear, no pressure. Service tech was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive. I scheduled for the repair since a part needed ordered. I would call them anytime service is required. Very professional, treat customer as family. Thanks Nick!
