My 27 year old furnace stopped heating 2 days before Christmas. After being told by a different company that the issue was irreparable and I needed to replace my entire furnace -- which couldn't be done until two days *after* Christmas -- I called Denillo. Their rep showed up at 8am sharp on Christmas eve, listened to my description of what was happening, and identified the problem within 5 minutes. A $40 fix restored my heat so my household was warm for Christmas. When I do eventually replace my old gal, I'll be calling Denillo's for sure!

It is not always easy to find a contractor to come out to do home improvement projects. And sometimes, when you do find someone, you are left wondering if you are paying a fair price. This is NOT the case when you are dealing with Denillo Heating and Cooling!
From my initial visit for a quote from the owner, Guy Denillo, I immediately felt like I had a family member over willing to lend me a hand, not a contractor after my pocketbook. He was on-time, friendly, professional and tried a few things before jumping to sell me a new furnace. His quote only included what my husband and I told him was important to us and did not try to upsell us. I felt confident that his recommendation would meet our needs.
Janet in the office was delightful to work with over the phone. She helped set up our installation date and financing with such ease and was so nice about everything.
I was already impressed and thought it was a wonderful experience and then came the day of the installation. I have NEVER had 2 better technicians in my home than Nicholas and Jacob. They walked me through exactly what they would be doing and were so friendly and efficient in their work. At the end of the installation, Nicholas did an OUTSTANDING job of making sure we understood everything we needed to know; from how to work the thermostat, the details of the warranty and what other services they can offer us in the future. I will CERTAINLY be using them again in the future. I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else for my Heating and Cooling needs. I cannot wait for someone on Facebook to ask for a HVAC recommendation! 😊

Worked with Nick and Janet in the office. Denillo came to my house in the East End to fix a furnace issue within a day of calling. They were professional, knowledgeable and good communicators of the problem and my options. I will absolutely use again, highly recommend.

Got our boiler serviced and inspected to sell our property. I coordinated with Nick from out of state and the process was completely hassle free. Nick was able to walk quickly and simply walk me through the whole process in a way that made sense and allowed me to make informed decisions even though we are 1000 miles away. My entire experience was fantastic. My call was answered right away and a technician was dispatched. The technician, Nick, was AMAZING!!!! He got here within a half hour. He was able to figure out my problem immediately and fixed it. Nick even took the time to show me a few things that I was not aware of related to the furnace. He was quick and very friendly.

Had my entire Htg and cooling system replaced 2 years ago using Trane products supplied and installed by Denillo. They could not have been a better experience as the techs and staff were very professional and courteous.

I recently had an electrical event at our house during a storm that caused a problem that had me concerned. I called Denillo and they were at my house within a couple days looking at the problem.

Nick was very professional and fixed our AC unit very quickly! We always use Denillo when we have an issue. If they cannot come the same day, they are there the next. Thank you for such great service every single time!
