I will say that I called into this company last night because our thermostat stopped working, and they were here the next day. Also, the two gentlemen that were here were extremely nice and did a great job. Our issue was that the wrong information was given to us about the new thermostat that they installed. First, you can buy this thermostat online for under $50, and they charged $220. If the labor was involved in the pricing, it was not mentioned. However, it was supposed to have a touch screen, only to find out when he was showing me how to program it, it does not and he misspoke about the particular model. The final total was $321 for a $41 dollar thermostat. We feel a little ripped off and the only option that was given to me on the spot was to install the upgraded model for even more money.

John did Very nice work on helping me with the Overflow tank. My Dad showed me once what to do but I forgot how. I get iffy about it but I do know every October the tank needs to get all that water out of it.

Thanks to John he helped me drain the tank, oil the Motor and showed me the switch that turns the Furnace off. That sure is helpful in the Summer!
