Highly recommended. Very pleased with the service of Maitz for the installation of 5 units. Anthony, Steve, and Noah were absolutely great. Good workers are hard to find these days. They were on time, no monkeying around, went right to work, cleanup after the job and communicated about each process of the job. Answered any questions I had or didn't think about. We have had a great experience with Maitz! They are very reasonably priced and won't try to oversell you. Our sales person, Jim P., has been great from start to finish. Our new furnace and AC was installed within 3 or 4 days of Jim coming to our home for the quote. Techs were prompt, friendly, and efficient. A big job was done in 1.5 days. They left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived! When I needed a more detailed invoice months after installation to apply for a rebate, Maitz was prompt and helpful. Jim even called me personally within 24 hours of my call to make sure I got what I needed. Can't recommend enough. Saved us hours of headache and provided us with peace of mind.

I made an online schedule. I received an email with time confirmed from 12pm-4pm and I waited. No one showed up. When I called, it was too late. no one answered. The next day I called them and they said the got the wrong number on the appointment? I only had one number that I used for decades and not one of those numbers that they repeats back to me even made sense. They used this tactic to not have to take care of their responsibilities ?If they really wants to contacted me, they could have also send me an email.

Excellent! Better than advertised. The whole process was extremely easy in regards to a whole heating and A/C replacement. I saw the sales representative (JAMES) on Friday and on Wednesday the job was completed. Professional, tardy and complete! Jerry and Chris the two techs were very knowledgeable and covered all questions and completed everything in one day! Great work. I will refer Maitz to anyone and everyone moving forward! Awoke to a leak from water heater drain spout that was flooding my basement. Within a short time, Lyle came out to fix the issue. He assessed and fixed the issue in no time. Lyle was extremely polite and looked over our water heater to make sure everything was in tip top shape. I cannot recommend Lyle and Maitz home services enough! Maitz has always came through when we have an emergency in our 100+ year old house.

First rate. Sales and technical staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Their price was very competitive when compared with other companies. We also liked that the warranty was not dependent upon purchase of a maintenance plan. We would highly recommend Maitz.

Scheduled an appointment with Maitz to have a boiler pump replaced. Technician was wonderful and thorough. I consider myself to be reasonably versed in my own appliances but didn't have the time to repair it myself. The technician diagnosed my system and agreed with my assessment but noticed another problem my eyes had missed. The technician re-evaluated the cost and time but was very reasonable. I was delighted to give my respect to a worker who takes pride in job and catches small details in complex systems. Thank you Matt, and thank you Maitz for providing a wonderful service.

Referred to Maitz Home Services for my water softener. Jose showed up to what I thought was just a service call, but thanks to Jose’s expertise, he diagnosed the issue as needing to be replaced. How surprised was I that he would be able to do that the same day. He arrived at my home with booties to protect my floors & used verbiage to explain the issue that I understood. Jose was professional and courteous. He gave me a quote before he did the work and that was the price I paid. Great Company, great team member, great service. Karen Miller

Joel replaced a hot water heater for us with little notice. He got the job done with no issues and even installed shut off valves that were not there before. He was great. We could not recommend more. 10 stars!!!

Hello everyone, truly I am not the one to write review's but this gentleman deserve it. What an angel was send to us. it was such an honor to work with him. My family is so happy and grateful with Jim. P. The work ethic this gentleman has and how much he helped us, it's truly amazing and a Blessing. He took his time to explain everything to me and my husband to make sure that we understood the pros and cons of what we had going on in our house. Can't forget to mention how safe we feel knowing this company gave us a 10 years warranty, if anything goes wrong. We sleep at peace. Guys we are so lucky the job was done the very next day.
