    System installed less than two years ago have ongoing problems.
    Now happy New Year’s eve at 9 PM last night the system stopped working the control panel went black and the air handler kept blowing cold air out of her attic into the house the entire night until she finally called me to come over this morning to help her I went down and shut the system off. When she called your office they told her well dispatch is closed and they’re all booked up and we cannot come out till Monday. 24:7 emergency service how much more of an emergency then that can be. Should she have called Jack Lehr instead when she decided to hire your company or even maybe Burkholder. No she took her friends recommendation and hired you guys and I had no clue. Come on guys we need 24/7 for a 65-year-old woman that has no heat that had her air handler blowing cold in her house all night long. Will be posting this on your Facebook page until you request me to take it down.

    The blower on my furnace wasn’t working, called the first company that popped, a representative showed up the next day as scheduled, before even doing anything he told me this was going to be a hard job, checked few things and then told me that my best option was to replace the entire furnace because it was old and the repairs would be more expensive than replacing it. I can see through companies like this and told him it was fine he told me he was going to put me in contact with sales for a new furnace and he left, I called a different company they came fix the blower in under an hour and the price to show up and fix it was only $205. I was so great full to the guy that I gave him $50 tip. I don’t recommend this company for furnace issues, I don’t know about any other of their services.

    Ashley is professional, shows concern, and dispatches help quickly. All the service personnel who have come to our home show expertise, professionalism, and are polite. They’ve been servicing my home since I purchased it 6.5 years ago.

    Racist company! I manage rental properties in downtown Allentown. I do most of my service work myself. However, I had to travel away on business and one of my properties developed a water leak. A water leak is something that needs to be addressed right away. I called Maitz and scheduled an appointment. Because the technician could not get there until later in the afternoon he did not arrive until 4:00 PM. The technician had to park about a block away and because there were people outside playing music, he was afraid for his safety. He claims they were doing drugs. I know the neighborhood that was not the case. He refused to do the work and his company backed him up. This was a situation where a white technician was afraid of people of color for no reason. RACIST!

    Chris was on time, friendly, efficient and checked out all the electrical outlets. I will ask for him for service in the future. I have dealt with Maitz for about 30 years and am always happy with their service.

    As a business owner, I hate to write a negative review about other business but I need to voice my opinion so that others do not get treated the same way. Maitz completely lost it's small town feel once Horizon took over a few years back. You only get answering service and the communication seems lacking. I was on their maintenance plan and the technician informed me to get a part replaced in the heat pump. 2 calls did nothing. then stopped in person. Finally Steve (accounting admin) was nice enough to take my request to the manager (Matt Corby). No reply after 1 week. so I went back to their office again talked to his direct report Ian Bowers (Install Manager) and I was told he did no have time dig up my info, but promised me he will follow up the same day. 3 days later, no reply. I called and left a VM, then follow up with a text. reposed he will get back again the same day. still today, I got NOTHING. All I have to say is the once local plumbing place around the corner is forever gone! Use caution before signing up their services.

    nicole in the office was fabulous to talk with and made the estimate and service appointment scheduling so easy! brandon the technician was professional and was even available same day! would 10/10 recommend this company for fast and professional service!!
