i called maitz home services and spoke with nicole she was great. i told her i had a situation with my electric. she was able to send a gentleman out to my house by the name of kenny. kenny came to my house before the time nicole said that he could be there. kenny figured out the problem with the electric and fixed it. during the time he was at my house fixing the electric Kenny and i were talking about a plumbing problem i had. kenny said he could look at the plumbing problem when he was done with the electric. i realy appreciate the work kenny did for me. twas worried about getting someone out to my house to get work done but nicole and kenny got it done. i would like to thank both of you for making my life easier. maitz home services will be coming back to my house again for hvac maintenance and plumbing preventitive maintenance, great team work from everyone.

My 2 year old hvac system heat stopped working this previous Friday on what was projected to be the coldest day of the year (5 degrees). I called Maitz at around 8 am and they had availability and gave me a window of like 10-2 to be out. Wonderful girl Nicole calls me at 9 and tells me dylan will be around within a half hour. Which to me is amazing that they came that quickly.

Dylan worked almost endlessly trying to fix the practically new Lennox system and was there the entire day. Eventually figured out some of the issue and had multiple parts Uber’d to the house while also leaving to go get more fuses that blew. All while keeping me updated. Got the heat working enough that we could turn on the emergency heat and my toddlers wouldn’t turn into popsicles overnight. He told me the end issue and that they needed a part ordered but couldn’t make promises on when it may arrive which I respect. I expected a few weeks

The lovely Nicole Called me today, a week later, and told me they have the part and can come install tomorrow. They are gracefully working with me and my husbands work schedule so we don’t have to take unexpected PTO.

Would I recommend a Lennox system in the future? Probably not. Would I recommend Nicole and Dylan from Maitz? Yes I most definitely would. Great customer service and seemingly kind people.

Edited to add- Dylan also went above and beyond by asking his manager if they would honor our Lennox warranty since the system is so new. They didn’t even install it originally it was a different company and he saved my husband and i a ton of money by doing that and getting it covered under warranty.

Victor was my serviceman and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind and thoughtful. He definitely knows his job as an electrician. I will always use Maitz

TRAVIS (electrician) was great. We needed GFCI outlet replaced after failed self attempt to replace. Not only was he friendly to me and my family (wife & kids), he didn’t appear to be judgement at all and rectified the problem in under an hour & cleaned up after himself. Thank you TRAVIS.

Audie was fantastic! Bailed me out on a cold Saturday and got me up and running in no time! Very friendly and knowledgeable and he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Highly recommend!

we got a new water heater. Kenny was very professional, answered all my questions and helped us with more than one of our problems in this house. I would highly recommend him for any of our household services.

Water heater was installed. As a woman you sometimes feel like they are being taken advantage of. Not from this company. I would recommend Jaryd at Mainz home services to anyone. Great job! Keep up the good work.
