chris was awesome the company itself was awesome but Chris Burda the electrician was awesome spent all day trying to find a problem that took out power to my whole house 8 hrs later found the issue came back the next morning and fixed it wihno issues at all very professional made sure I understood what was going on diagnosed my problem that wasn't easy very uncommon problem back te next morning had it fixed in a couple hrs stayed around to make sure everything was working good before he left great service i will definitely call them for any problems I encounter in the future amazing service and knowledgeable employees was a great experience definitely got my business forever

Jared is simply the best - our water didn't seem to be hot enough. Jared was on time, professional, experienced and took the time to explain everything to us at the same time fixed the problem in a timely manner. Very happy with Maitz in general, always going the extra mile/ninth yard to ensure satisfaction. Would give 10 Stars if I could.

Lyle was very professional. Replaced my drain pipe and showed me how to do proper maintenance. Also done in a short and efficient time period. Very pleased.

I purchase a heating/cooling unit in August 2022. December 2022 I called during the coldest time of the year due to the fact this $1500” plus unit is not working. They refuse to come out to service the unit, and book an appointment for 3 days from the date it was reported. This unit cost over 15000 + dollars and it is not working. They did not take into consideration I am going to be without heat. They guarantee fast service that is backed by worry-free non-breakdown guaranteed. This is not true, I am still waiting in the cold for someone to come out to fix this new unit. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Deceptive.
