System and service for HVAC system was great. There financing company Synchrony Bank is outrageous, more than half my payment goes to interest.
The sales representative does not tell you that. I called them Monday to discuss and never received a call back. If you need financing, do not use them, it's not worth it.

We woke up yesterday to no hot water and a leak our utility room. Lyle came out this morning and thoroughly assessed the problem, gave us our options and got right to work to fix our issue. We are very grateful for his professionalism and efficiency. Thank you Lyle from Maitz!

Maitz is a reliable company with nice office ladies and knowledgeable technicians. Devon was very helpful with my request after I got my heater replaced and was quick to give me the documents I needed to get my rebates and warranties. Helped me save a bunch of money. Had Maitz over to do a diagnostic review of my HVAC system. They took a look to see what was needed to fix it, quoting that it would be $7000 to replace a part in it to get it working that day. It was obviously not recommended. So we looked at total replacement options. I was given a quote of just roughly $21000 after rebate. When explaining the options, I asked the service agent what their labor line item charge was and he seemed shocked that I asked him. He could not give me a breakdown (Earlier he mentioned parts were 65% of the cost). I told them I'd think on it. About 3 hours later I received a text saying they could do it for 17,000$ and same week. Having a friend in the business, I asked if he'd be able to take a look as well, total was $10k all in, including install. Be careful with their prices.

Jaryd and Jose were absolutely wonderful the bunch of times we’ve had them come out while we had first time home owners issues. We appreciate their professionalism and honesty with our plumbing issues. The company is open 7 days a week and is very responsive on coming out and being timely. Would recommend!

I had Maitz Home Services come to my home on 1/26/22. My husband and I were unable to remove the water filter to put a new one on. We had our own water filter mind you. 2 guys showed up and told me the total bill with the $89 service fee would be $179 - kind of pricey but we needed it done and to be shown what we were doing wrong so we could replace the water filter in the future. The filter housing is easily accessible (see photo). While they were here the 2 guys were saying things like they must have money, this house is pretty new, guessing at how much land we have. So when I got charged an extra $110 - a total of $268 for 10 minutes of work it really felt like a scam. I will never use Maitz again & I intended to tell everyone I know what frauds they are. You don't charge people based off of what you think they have! Honor your pricing!! How much do you want to bet these techs get a commission?

Comfort Consultant, Jim P referred Maitz Plumbing services to me for our Main Water line coming into our house that was leaking. I highly recommend Maitz. They were able to schedule a Plumber to come to my home quickly. They came out, evaluated the situation and had a crew here the very next day to fix my water leak. They went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them.

Kenny was a dream to work with. He answered all of my questions (I had a LOT), gave quotes at different price points, was kind and respectful, and persevered until the problem was solved. Ultimately replaced my hot water heater, pipes, and restored water pressure. So happy with Kenny and with Maitz!

Joe was very professional and was great with my pitbull. My system actually received proper maintenance and is in great shape. My chimney was clogged and we could of died. For a great emergency price he saved my house right before it went -4 degrees. Thanks man!
