Ken showed up right on time and promptly got to work replacing our leaky water heater and a softener that had stopped working. The install looks great, and they even shop vac'd up the old mess from the other units. As an added bonus, he did a water hardness test before doing the work and then one after, which really showed the difference. I'll be using Maitz again for sure. Thanks Ken!

After returning home from a trip, my water felt “slimy” and it took a while to wash soap away. Ken showed within 24 hours of my call, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in no time. I couldn’t be happier with him and kudos to Maitz for sending out the same tech who did the install of the product I was having problems with!

I couldn't have been more pleased, from the salesperson who came to quote, through to the crew that installed my new furnace and water heater. The price was about the same as the other estimates I received, but Maitz had the best guarantee/warranty by far! The installation was all done in one day and they cleaned up so well, I think my basement looked cleaner than when they started!! A friend recommended Maitz to me, they were as pleased as I was.

My hot water heater tank developed a leak on Tuesday AM and by 1PM of the same day Kenny was at my home replacing the old water heater after explaining to me my options in great detail. He patiently answered all my questions\concerns and was very mindful not to damage anything ( doors, wooden flooring, stairs ) as he took the old tank out and brought the new one in. Kenny ran new copper piping and exhaust tubing and did a great job in making sure not only were they fully functional but installed them level to the ground and where needed perfectly perpendicular to the ground. A very neat and professional job. I will definitely request for Kenny in the future should I need more work done.

Have used this Co. before. First time, job well done. 2nd time they never showed up and never called me. Turns out they called a number I told them to delete. When I called them about it the woman at the office was horribly rude to me. Cancelled and will never use again!

Update: Days later someone from the company reached out, asked about what happened and apologized and made an effort to make amends.

Felt totally taken advantage of. Service fee never mentioned on the phone and not taken off if you use them. pricing depends on what they think you can afford. We were at 800 and 500 then 200. Absolutely ridiculous. Took 10 min to clear.
I would like to update my review to include that I received a call from Maitz the following day to discuss my review. Seems there was a misunderstanding between the office and the driver apparently they were running a special that day waiving the service fee. She proceeded to refund me 89. for the service fee .

Our technician was great, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He replaced and upgraded our hot water heater. The service was fast and done better than expected. Thankyou, you will be our go to for these kind of services moving forward.

I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Maitz. Someone answers the phone 24/7, which has come in handy since we’ve recently had some issues with our furnace. The techs that came out were courteous and professional, happy to answer questions and explain all options.

We signed up for their service plan because we’re not using any other company! Thanks Maitz!

Had a total replacement of our 22 year old HVAC system. Our comfort care specialist was Jim P. who took the time to explain everything in detail as to what to expect and what we would be receiving, leaving nothing out. He was professional, courteous, and very patient, including all the follow up. Our installers arrived on time and were very respectful of our dogs, and we have more than a few, making sure to close the gate each and every time they went in and out, which is even more than my husband does! Our installers were Mike and Mark and were extremely professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Mike took the time to explain everything about what we received, and how everything operates. He went over and above what I expected. Honestly I can't say enough about how happy we are with the service that we received today. I have no reservations about recommending this crew for any of your HVAC needs, and I can be a little critical. I also like the fact that you can request certain technicians that you have had a positive experience with. Thanks again to Jim, Mike, and Mark for making this such a easy install.

Our heating/cooling system was getting old, and we wanted to make sure we wouldn't lose it in the middle of a cold snap or heat wave. Maitz quickly sent Jim P. over to assess our needs. He thoroughly explained our options and made us comfortable enough to make a decision there on the spot. The team came out the very next day, and put in a whole new system with a great guarantee.
