Came out to help find spigot and outdoor water system. Very knowledgeable about plumbing. Very friendly and helpful.

Kevin showed up on time. Told me the truth about what to expect. Provided a reasonable price to replace my hot water heater. Replaced unit quickly with attention to detail & very clean. Very courteous & professional. I will be calling Maitz for my next need for a plumber without question. (on a side note...whatever you are paying him - pay him more!) Very pleased with the services I received.

My technician was on time. Extremely friendly,personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and got it fixed quickly. I was extremely pleased with my experience.

Total Scam - Do not use!

Well issue...no water.

Called on Sunday and told a tech would be here between 4 and 8pm, only called because Sunday Service was confirmed with contact center rep.

723pm call received from local shop stating they would only be able to arrive Monday between 8 and 12 pm and $124 minimum charge.

I agreed and with great regret. Tech who showed up had no clue what he was doing and failed to diagnose the issue.

He offered me two options of replacing entire well pump, wiring and breakers.

Option 1 was a 3/4 HP pump for $8700 or 1/2 HP pump for $7600. I scoffed at the prices knowing well pumps are the expensive part and max around $1K.

He went to his truck and called his boss, price went down to $5600.

I asked what I owed since I wanted a second opinion and price changed to $4300.

I again asked what I owed and was told $272, mind you he never checked pressure switch contacts (I did and knew that was not the issue) he was here an hour and spent 20 minutes in his truck.

I politely asked the total again and was told $272, wrote the check (cashed same day) and reinforced I was getting a second opinion.

He then said "let me talk to my boss we may be able to do it for $3K."

I paid and made him leave.

Other plumbing guy I called showed up an hour later and replaced everything after extensive testing and diagnostics for $1500. This was pulling a 152 ft well pump, new wiring in the well, new well head, new breakers, new wiring from the box, new 3/4 HP pump and cable guards.

Total scam and I really feel for people that are not aware of the price gouging occurring.

Started at $7.6K and went down to $3K because I have common sense and Google.

Job was $1500 with much better results from someone who actually knows how to use a multi meter.

I called Maitz in a panic over my broken AC at 2:00 am in the middle of a heat wave, and they had someone on scene within 6 hours! To me, that is beyond exceptional. Audie did a wonderful job fixing the AC until we could replace it. Joe was our Comfort Advisor, and he explained the whole process in great detail with installationin in a matter of days! I could not be happier with my Maitz experience.

Jose responded to my call of a blocked kitchen sink. He unblocked the sink within one hour. I am so grateful

Blockage in sewer pipe. Water was draining in basement . I called within 1 1/2 hours I had appointment , serviceman came out, Jaryd, and blockage repaired. Very friendly and explained how to prevent same problem! Very grateful!

They came right out and looked at our hot water situation. Jaryd was very thorough and very knowledgable regarding both our hot water heater and water softener. I was completely satisfied.
