Corbin is a very professional technician that did an excellent job replacing our old Trane gas furnace with a new American Standard. He listened to my concerns and provided me with exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Kent Whitham Air.

when gas was turned on at one of my rental properties, the NW Natural Gas technician left a note saying that "wall furnace not holding pilot. spill switch ok", so I called Kent Witham to check out the furnace (my property management co. had recommended them).
making the appt. (via phone) was easy and they came out quickly.
they determined that there is an "issue with the heat exchanger" and that the furnace should be replaced.
the charge for the visit (incl. diagnostic) was $90, which is less than what I was quoted by 2 other companies for a svc visit.
shortly after the svc visit, the technician called me with the results and said that they'd send me a proposal for replacement (and/or upgrade) of the furnace.
now, about a week(?) later, I have just received their invoice, but no proposal (nor mention thereof).
which reminds me: not a big deal, but it would've been nice if the invoice had the date of the svc visit on it, and not just the date when the invoice was issued.

Fabulous group of people and work: timely, experienced and kind!

KWA advised me to replace the compressor in my 10+ year old heat pump, for $1400. It lasted 3 years. KWA then advised me to replace it again, for $1600. It lasted a year. Unable to diagnose the failures, they blame it on the age of the system. I relied on their advice, which they now admit was bad.
