We had everyone’s worst summer dream come true: A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. After contacting Kent Witham Air, I spoke Tim, who was able to give me a quick and accurate estimate of the problem and rough cost.

They were able to get Mike, one of the techs, out the next day. Impressive considering the heat as I’m sure I wasn’t the only one with an issue.

Mike quickly identified the assumed problem, and replaced the blown part in about 10 minutes. I also mentioned it wasn’t blowing as cold so he jumped into action and recharged the coolant. Mike was courteous and efficient; all finished in a matter of 30 or so minutes.

A/C is now blowing strong for my family and I :)
