I contacted KWA about switching out our 20+ year old thermostat to a new wifi capable one. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They easily switched it out and figured out the wiring issue. It was after that appointment that someone reached out and offered to come test our airflow (which was weak). They offered us a few different options to replace our furnace and rework some of the ducting.

They ended up replacing our original furnace and now our system works flawlessly! They were on time, detailed and thorough in their estimates, and walked us through how to use everything properly. It’s sometimes hard to find a HVAC contractor you trust, but these guys will absolutely be my go-to from now on!

Kent and his staff are very honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, kind, reasonable and efficient. They are all the things that you would want in a service-oriented business. They are very easy and enjoyable with which to work. I highly recommend them.
