the tech took 24 hours to fix the furnace, and two visits. he replaced the control circuit board. the tech was surly, hostile, impatient, and his speech was slurred after lunch. two hours labor and repair parts were $400

took my money as a deposit and did nothing else...never showed up....never returned my calls...didn't respond to emails. can't think how they could be worse.
