Very nice and knowledgeable tech. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes with everything running again! Our puppy was very interested in him and he was very kind with her.

We have had them install and maintain our heating and AC system. They have always been on time, professional and fairly priced. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.

The two tech’s Cole & Justin(the A Team) installed a new furnace in our house. They worked very fast and were very professional to work with. I would recommend Rose City Heating for all HVAC work.

I had a whole new split / ductless system installed by Rose City Heating and Air. From the moment I met every member of this fine team, I was immediately impressed. They were so polite, courteous and professional.
The team; Justin (project leader), Chris, Cole, Steve and Sterling from day one were very empathetic to my daily schedule in my residence and made sure I was comfortable and went out of their way to make adjustments to my schedule. I could not believe how clean they were with the project. I honestly feel my house was cleaner when they left than before they arrived.
This was a 6 1/2 day project that required extensive work with a full overhaul of my heating and air system. I now have the Mitsubishi system that I am beyond amazed with it's capabilities. My energy bill has dropped like a rock, the house is so comfortable 24/7 now and I can't even here the system running. These were an amazing group of guys who I would highly recommend. I have had a lot of projects throughout the years, this project and group of guys are by far the most professional I have encountered. Since I wasn’t home for the appointment, my partner was, I appreciated the thorough write up from Justin that explained what he found upon arrival, what he thought the problems were, with pictures, and what options we had with potential solutions and the price for each.

We just had a dual system (furnace/heat pump) installed this week, and we are very happy with the service we received so far.

The bid we got was very competitive, and Jeff was very accommodating helping brainstorm solutions. Our house did not have an obvious spot for the outdoor unit, so it required some creative thinking up front. Jeff was patient and helpful during this process.

They just finished the installation on schedule, and the guys were professional and friendly. We are happy with our service, and would recommend Rose City Heating & Air.
