Rose City Heating & Air

We had our air conditioning tuned up today by Sufinn from Rose City Heating. His work was outstanding, he was professional and friendly, and gave us a lot of information about how to maintain and get the best from our system. We will definitely use this company again.

They did a great job for us, installing a high efficiency gas furnace and air conditioning. Happy we went with the variable speed fan and two stage gas burner. It is much quieter and provides more even temperature then the old furnace.

Had brand new AC installed. Everyone from initial bid all the way through to final inspection was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Did great job and they took the time to do it right. Wish I would have found them long ago. Will go back to them for any and all hvac needs.

Rose city heating installed a new furnace for me, it is a really nice system compared to the 10 year old one i had. They were on time had it down 2 hours faster than they said they would, everyone was courteous and seemed very competent. The whole thing couldn't have been better.

So back in November our furnace went out. I tried the typical DIY fix it stuff with no success. By the end of the night our house was cold enough to see breath and our one year old son was actually shivering in his highchair. I called every local heating company in the area starting with Rose City. Unfortunately, by the time I started calling it was about 5:30 pm (on a Friday night). Rose City was closed, Jacob’s Heating told me they were booked until mid-February, I got my name on three waiting lists with possible openings later in the next week. Ugh!! That night my wife, son and I cuddled up under enough blankets to keep the frost at bay. Saturday morning while driving to the gym, I passed the Wood Village entrance on I-84 and a Rose City Heating & Air van pulled up along side me. I wanted to scream with joy! The driver was Safian, the same technician who repaired our A/C unit three years prior. Desperation kicked in and I immediately made the decision to follow Safian until he got off the freeway so I could plead my case. 36 miles later, he finally pulled off the freeway and continued to make his way through farmlands and winding roads along fields of nothingness. But, when he finally pulled over on the shoulder, I hopped out and ran to the driver’s window and fighting back tears, I told Safian about my need. Without hesitation, Safian promised to help. We exchanged phone numbers and being a man of his word; Safian was at our house at about 6:30 pm and repaired our furnace. I tried to give Safian a tip but he refused saying that Rose City Heating & Air does not take advantage of their customers and that he was just happy to help. What Safian did ask of me though was that I promise to purchase and install a carbon monoxide detector for the house to better protect everyone inside. I kept my word just like Safian kept his. Rose City Heating & Air is my go to for all things mechanical. Give ‘em a call … or follow one of their vans from Wood Village to Hillsboro with your gas light on … it worked for me.

These guys are awesome! They installed a couple of amazing mini-split units in our house and have come out immediately when I experienced some unusual issues more than a year later. I highly recommend them.

This team is professional, fast and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier. I don't know a damn thing about air conditioning and they guided me through the process from start to finish perfectly. An incredible service.

Fixed my relatively new but poorly installed (by someone else) system when 3 other companies in town couldn't or wouldn't.

I wish I'd had them do the initial install, I would have saved myself an 18mo ordeal in getting my system working properly, and probably some money too.
