I just purchased the installation of an American Standard HVAC for my home. Larry was wonderful to work with. He explained everything I could want to know about the proposed new system and did it in a very clear and simple fashion. His "no pressure" explanation and the quality of customer service I have received made this an easy decision.

On the days of installation, I found both Justin and Zack to be very courteous and knowledgeable. They worked quietly and cleanly throughout the process and made sure that I knew how to operate my system before they left. With a "call us if you have ay questions" as they pulled out of the driveway.

I could not have been happier with my experience and will have no problem recommending them to others.

I obtained some quotes for a new HVAC system. L&J were very responsive in visiting with me. They were in line with my "guess" of the cost, and didn't try to "upsell" me. I like doing business with a local company and their installation team (Zack and Joe) did an excellent job. The work looks great and the indoor "climate" I now have feels great, too. I would certainly recommend this company.

Joe & Zack did a great job removing my old furnace and installing a new Mitsubishi Heat Pump, which provides both heating and cooling. Their prices were competitive and they were very communicative.

Great company, fast service, Joe was able to fix my AC quickly. He was right on time, explained everything before starting the job, respectful of my property, very friendly, was able to answer all my questions.

I have a one story home with a fully furnished basement. The temperature in the basement has always been about 6 degree difference then the first floor. I figured a thermostat with a sensor downstairs would fix the problem since it would average out the temperature. I consulted with two heating and cooling companies. L&J was the only one to provide an alternative solution, which they recommended over the thermostat. I decided to go with L&J, who installed a Return Air Vent. The decision is already paying dividends. The basements temperature is now within 2.5 degrees from the upstairs. Joe did an amazing job installing the new vent. He was very professional and took the time to explain how my entire heating and cooling system functioned. I highly recommend L&J and I will certainly be using them in the future.

My AC went out during the heat wave yesterday evening. I called many companies for help, knowing that the hot weather is far from over and wanting my family to be comfortable. Amazingly, Cory was able to accomodate me and get his technician to my home this same day! The technician was able to get our AC unit running full steam again with no delay! I can't thank you guys enough for the prompt and efficient service!

My Furnace wasn't working right for months. I tried to go to YouTube and fix it myself with no luck. Finally while working from home it was 50 degrees and so finally called around for service guys who could come out on short notice. L&J were the only ones who showed up.
Corey came by and after trying everything he thoughtfully gave me the bad news. My Bryant furnace was done after 16 years.
I researched online and got quotes from L & J and the local Bryant rep.
Even though American Standard came in at a higher cost, I was impressed with Larry's experience and American Standards online reviews for superior quality and durability. So I opted for the second to top of line modulating furnace. When that was not available Larry upgraded me to the top of the line Platinum model at no additional cost! Who does that anymore? And because I was without heat they prioritized me to just a couple of days lead time.
Zach and Doug were amazing installers with skills of a jack of all trades. They busted butt to finish a challenging install in a single long day. Justin came by for added support, and Tish provided prompt and kind inside support. Can't say enough about this outfit and the American Standard brand.

We had our furnace shut off overnight 3 consecutive nights. Mike came out 3 days to trouble shoot the issue. Each day it was up & running w/o issues, then would shut off again overnight. Turns out the controller failed. Mike had installed this new controller in Nov 2020. Between the ice storm and numerous power outages, something caused it. L&J only charged us a service fee for Mike's 1st day here. The controller was under warranty. He replaced it free of charge and no problem since.
This company is top notch! You can trust them to explain or show you what they found. They work hard to accommodate your needs.

I have relied on L&J for a couple of years now for my HVAC needs. This year it was finally time to replace my AC. Cory came out and serviced the system and gave me a thorough quote. The office staff were friendly and responsive in getting my job on the schedule. Yesterday Zach and Doug arrived as scheduled and did a great job getting my new unit installed. They were efficient, respectful of my home, and easy to interact with.

This is a local company that takes service to heart. They have bailed me out of a few jams, and always do so with clear communication and a warm friendly attitude. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC service.

L&J has been over for servicing several times and they always do a great job. Zak was kind, thorough in explanations (believe me I need it), and had replaced the motor in our furnace in no time. Plus no waiting for hours for these guys to come so we got on with our day.
