We needed to replace our furnace due to a bad heat exchange. I had several companies out to give me quotes - most were not good experiences. It was a breath of fresh air when Mike from L & J showed up. I immediately felt comfortable. Mike spent time explaining and educating me on my furnace and did not pressure me into purchasing the furnace right then and there! Because of how he treated me, I chose to go with L & J. Zack and Vince showed up to install the furnace and did an amazing job! They were so polite and showed they truly care about their customers! L & J has the best business practices and employees. I will never use anyone but L & J from here on out!

Cannot say enough good things about L&J. Joe worked hard to find a solution for our 1949 built home that was efficient yet asthetically pleasing. Joe and Zach were so professional and respectful of our home. They wore shoe covers, cleaned up after themselves, and even vacuumed! I also appreciated that Joe and Zach were respectful of each other during the 3 days of installation. Our ductless system is so quiet, works perfectly, and has been worth every penny during all of the hot days this summer! We can’t wait to see how snug and warm we are this winter.

We have a difficult installation with steep narrow access, and Jo, Vincent and Jeremy worked hard to get that unit down there and get the job done, plus they are professional and just plain nice guys. I feel like the price was very fair for the difficulty of the job. I highly recommend L&J.

Joe and Zack did an excellent job! Arrived on time and worked very efficiently with the install. Actually every step of the process from calling to get a quote to setting up the appointment and going through financing was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Mike helped us diagnose the problem with our old A/C unit, and then helped us find the best AC and heating unit for our needs. Zack's installation was top notch, and when we accidentally caused our units to stop working, Joe fixed what was 100% our fault within 4 hours of letting them know at no additional cost. All of this, and they were still very competitive on price. They came highly recommended from our neighbor, and we would highly recommend them to you!

Joe and Zack did such a great job installing a mini-split ducted ductless system with two climate zones in my 1910 house. They made a tough job look easy with how quick they were, and they laughed at all my awful jokes. Mike came out to give me a quote and it was right on target. Not only was our Tech on time, he was early and called to see if he could come hours earlier then scheduled. In the middle of a heat wave this was amazing. He was able to get our old system up ad running again and put home is already cooling down.
