We like the technicians. There was a problem but they apologized and made everything right in s timely fashion. It's very telling how a company handles problems. They were honest about it and fixed it and the results are excellent. They are very respectful of senior citizens.

Johnny and Filipe were amazing. They were on time didn’t take a break until they were finished. They were also just nice people to talk to and showed us everything about our new furnace and thermostat. We highly recommend this business and crew. Very professional. Cleaned up everything as well.

The install team was on time, completed work in estimated time given, kept athe area clean and were professional. The techs wore face masks, took off shoes when in the house and were polite. Walter G. walked me through the work done, made suggestions to help keep the house better heated and assisted in final setup. He took the time to fix some of the smaller issues from the original setup and move the 120v power receptacle location putting it in a much better place. The attention to the small details and fixing issues not in the scope of work was extremely appreciated and demonstrated their wanting to do the best job possible. I highly recommend Walter and the crew working with him. We had our furnace go out right before a big cold snap. Jim and Efficiency were able to fit us in and get us warmed back up in no time. Jim was super friendly and professional. I'd definitely recommended them for future repairs.

I booked an appointment to have my A/C tuned up, and Ken did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and methodical plus provided explanations about the unit. He fixed the start capacitor as a courtesy and showed me two cracked parts that he was able to tape, so they would not need to be replaced until a later date. He also explained the Maintenance Service Agreement. I took advantage of it and will definitely have my furnace checked in the fall. The invoice had a detailed listing of what was inspected and a photo of my A/C unit. Efficiency was above and beyond all other service companies I have used.

Our furnace was broken and needed a part. The part was backordered with the supplier but Efficiency Heating and Cooling contacted the manufacturer to expedite the repair. They went all out to get heat for my home. The technicians are punctual, friendly and professional. The Office receptionist is very kind and helpful too.

Very happy with the services I received. They were on time, customer service was responsive and kept me up to date. Quick appointment times and techs were friendly and happy to answer questions. Had a little bit of an issue with shipping on a replacement part for my heat pump but they stepped up and got my AC/heating back up and working. Will definitely call them again for any maintenance and happy to recommend their services to friends!
