I must compliment the person that came out and gave me the estimate. Jason Shawn. He was very good, very knowledgeable and he did his very very best to make sure I got a good deal and everything was set up properly for the installation.

The two installers that came out to install my new heat pump were excellen. They kept me informed and they did a magnificent job installing the heat pump.

Our gas furnace was having issues And Efficiency sent someone out who diagnosed the issue and got it working again within an hour. Great service and he knew what he was doing.

We are very happy with Efficiency Heating and Cooling. Oscar arrived early and was professional and friendly. He performed his job quickly and completely unobtrusive. He educated us on the need for a carbon monoxide monitor, which was appreciated. Oscar also explained items about our furnace that were good, and things to keep an eye on. Called today for my yearly heater service appointment and I had a tech working on it 3 hours later. Oscar my tech was very thorough and explained everything he did during his visit. I appreciated that he also wanted to make sure we had two CO defectors in our home. Thumbs up for Oscar!

John from this company not only came in very competitive he also was the only dealer that I got estimates from that itemized the estimate and reviewed them line by line with me. This gave me choices of not only systems but also work that needed to be done. When installation time came he was there to help with the install and guide the team to do exactly what we had discussed. Thier work was meticulous and clean. They beat all the quotes from the big box stores by 25%. I would definitely use this company again.

Well, I thought they were a good company and that my system was just a low quality one. However, recently, I had some work done on the house and the contractor wet underneath the house. He found two of the air ducks that were totally disconnected. So basically, for two years, I’ve been kind of heating and cooling under my house and not in my house. This is after Efficiency had come to my house two times and told me that a thorough check of everything. I would not use these people ever again.

In 2018, I purchased a new furnace from Efficiency Heating and Cooling. Since, I have used them for the yearly maintenance and I have always been extremely pleased with the service I've received.
Since the weather has changed this year, I tried turning on my heater for the first time and it did not work on Friday, October 21st. I called late afternoon on Friday and they fit me in first thing on Monday, October 24th. Time was 12:00 to 2:00 and Oscar, the technician, arrived just after noon.
Oscar was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very quick to work. He had my heat fixed before 1:00 and maintained excellent customer service the entire time.
I would recommend this business to anybody who needs a new furnace, a new AC, or yearly maintenance done to their HVAC system.

Trae did an amazing job staying in communication with me letting me know the task he was going to perform as well as explaining each step of the process afterwards to the task he essentially ended up conducting. Very nice and friendly and very thorough and gave me tips on how to preserve energy cost for the future. With his 19 years of experience he was ver personable and showed me a few tricks of the trade which was insightful. He definitely went beyond and over the normal visit. she was able to get our home up and running with warm heat in great timing . Great work great price will use again.
