$200 call out. $800 to replace a gas solenoid, not including the part, which was “covered” under warranty. They charge a warranty processing fee of $200 and $550 for an hour worth of labor. So $1k later to fix a part covered under warranty on a 2 year old system. Job was completed within 2 hours of showing up at the door which included time to go pick up the part. Total racket in my opinion. They also installed a new AC for me this year. They removed the vent I had in the basement to make the AC coil fit but didn’t reinstall the vent anywhere else. I didn’t notice before I was rushed to sign their agreement of completed work. So now I’m stuck without a basement vent.

Our AC went out and they scheduled us for a repair in one week - during a busy heat wave. The next day they called because they had some cancellations and were able to get out to us sooner, which we really appreciated. The person who came out, Jim, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to replace a part and get our system back up and running. I will definitely call them again if needed.

Technician Oscar was on time, ( 8am), and we showed him the furnace, in the attic. He climbed up and voiced down to us what steps he was taking with the Bryant furnace that had NEVER been serviced in two years. Oscar took photos of the furnace, and shared the photos with us with explanations of his services. Due to his excellent service, professionalism, Efficiency Heating and cooling will continue to get our business.

Recently had a ductless heat pump installed and its working better than expected. The indoor units are nice and quiet and keep the house very cool. Johnny and Blake were the installers. They were both professional and answered all my questions. I am very happy with this install.

Oscar came out to perform winter services on my furnace. He was prompt, listened to my concerns, was pleasant, and even eliminated an irritating buzz that I've lived with for a few years. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Oh yes, and office staff was pleasant and accomodating as well! 5 stars for everyone!

Johnny Durango was so amazing! He did a thorough job, was a great communicator, and was just an overall nice human being. He signed us up for their annual plan to have our heating and cooling serviced every year so we never have to worry about it. I was so happy with their service.
