Jim was an incredibly kind and helpful technician. He diagnosed the issue with our AC explaining everything along the way. He offered the most cost effective repair and clearly explained the pros and cons of our options. Based on our experience I’d absolutely recommend heating & efficiency cooling!

Working with Efficiency was easy straight from the estimate to the work done at the house. We had a very old AC unit that needed to be replaced.

Our estimator taught us all about our unit and how it worked with our house. He offered estimates on the spot (no one else who gave us bids did that), and gave us his contact information to ask any questions. He was great.

During Cold spell condensation line froze and heater shut down so we had no heat until the technician came later that day, he disconnected the hose and we drained into a bucket until the temperature warmed up.
