Nov 2020:
Had another great experience with Efficiency for a routine furnace service. Trey was super friendly and easy to work with. There was a part needing replacement and they were able to work us in later the same day.

Sep 2019:
Had a great experience with Efficiency for a clog in my condo’s AC drain. They were able to send someone out same day in the height of summer. Doug was very nice, thorough, and helped me better understand how the system works. We will definitely go with Efficiency in the future, and are considering a maintenance contract with them.

A job well done! My heating unit was serviced, repaired and cleaned! Working so much more efficiently.

I could not be happier with my experience.
I walked into the Efficiency office on a busy Thursday and spoke with Matt about replacing my Lenox A/C unit from 1986. He was able to come out to my house and do an estimate the very next day, he emailed me three options that evening. I was impressed with the promptness in receiving the quote and the variety of options at fair price points. Matt was very friendly and honest about his recommendations and did not try to push anything I wasn't looking for which I greatly appreciated. I selected the unit I wanted and we able to set up an appointment the very next week.

Bill arrived to do the install exactly on time the next week and I left for work. When my wife and I returned on lunch they were already wrapping things up and just waiting for the electrician. Bill did a great job and was very professional and friendly and I was pleased with the quickness and professionalism of all of the staff at Efficiency. They are a great local company and I am extremely happy with the work they did in a short time frame, I will definitely be using them for all of my future heating and cooling needs.

We called Efficiency H & C because the furnace had condensation coming out it in a puddle in our garage. Apparently, the AC was pumping out into the furnace but due to blockage wasn’t able to clear it and pump it back outside to the AC unit.

I really appreciated that Jim charged the trip fee only. He was able to flush the clog out and didn’t charge us extra for it. He also gave us a couple of options.

Option 1: We could have him put on an external valve, so if it gets clogged again we have a way oIf flushing it ourselves and saving a trip charge. [But our AC has lasted 21 years and most units last 15 to 20 yrs. only. If we ended up with a new AC we would need a new valve attached to it. The fit is so tight it wouldn’t be worth trying to prying it off w/o breaking it apart.]

Option 2: We could purchase a maintenance package for updates. But due to the age of the unit...a maintenance plan would be best on a new AC system.

Jim sent us estimates for both options. They were very reasonable and fair with us. When we end up purchasing a new AC unit we will have no reservations going with Efficiency Heating and Cooling for service!

I just had my furnace replaced and AC added by Efficiency. They were really great and so far everything is working perfectly! Getting the quote was easy and informative, I felt like I really understood what they were going to do and what I was purchasing. Installation took a day and a half, really nice guys who were happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and will be using them to service everything moving forward.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve called and used Efficiency to do a Heating & AC tune up / maintenance. I would highly recommend. I’ve been fortunate to have Trae out multiple times and he is very knowledgeable, thorough, and an excellent communicator. Called and was able to get same day service. Will call on them again next time.

They were awesome! Were able to squeeze in a repair after our AC broke during the record high heat wave and then another repair a few days later! Definitely will be utilizing their services when it’s time to replace our condenser unit. Highly recommend!
