Wow what a pleasant experience. Jason was awesome with helping me understand what was best for my home and gave me all the options. Quickly responded with the estimates I wanted. I was extremely pleased with how fast the company was able to get the new equipment and schedule the install. From the day I said yes let’s do it to completed install was less than 2 weeks. Just amazing. Our installers, Seven and Austin were absolutely awesome. True “A” team if I ever saw one! Both were very informational and extremely patient with my hanging out and asking a ton of questions. Great customer service and extremely professional. It was a pleasure having them at my home for 2 days. All in all I’m very impressed with every aspect of this company. They will be my go to HVAC company going forward. THANK YOU for making this all so easy and comfortable.

My furnace went out unexpectedly. I called Efficiency Heating and Trae the technician came out the next day exactly on time. His diagnosis was correct. Not wanting to spend any money on a 22 year old model, it was suggested that I get a new furnace. I made an appointment with Jason and he explained my situation and gave me his recommendations. Since I had been without heat for a few days, the office was able to schedule my new furnace installation the next day. I was extremely appreciative. The installer Johnny Durango and his assistant Austin did a great job. They were courteous, easy to understand and answered all my questions. The installation was quick and thorough. Oscar arrived on time for my free furnace tune up following installation last year. He did a great job, was informative and efficient and answered all of my questions. Overall I’m very pleased with this company.

The company provided a very good service staring with Jason for the estimate and ending with their crew that mostly consisted of Johnny D. who made it happened. Johnny D. is a pleasure to work with - he was very knowledgeable and patient (he had to work around my dogs).

Really good experience with Efficiency Heating and Cooling. We had a new furnace installed. Jason gave us a very competitive quote, answered all our questions, and scheduled our installation in just a few days. Installation techs (Austin and Seven) came in the middle of an ice storm and did a fantastic job. They were clean, fast, easy to communicate with, and gave a good overview of the new system for us. Very friendly and the kind of guys you don't mind having in your basement and throughout your house testing air flow and temperatures. Our neighbors saw their trucks and called; they were desperate because their furnace had just quit. Austin and Seven went over and got their furnace running. Go with Efficiency Heating and Cooling - they are really good people.

We have used Efficiency for the past few years and have always been happy with their service. When it came time to replace our furnace and AC unit there was no question we would also use their company. We trust the work that they do and plan to continue to use them in the future!

Nov/22 my heating and cooling wasn't working and need to be replace. However, I contacted my insurance and told me to wait 18 weeks, but I can't wait the winter in freeze cold, I was desperate. however, i contacted Efficiency Heating & Cooling Company. The next day sent some one looked at and in following day told me they will install it. They did exactly when i need it the most. Thier staff were very professional, skilled did very quality job. I really recommend someone use their services.

After getting several estimates, I chose Efficiency Heating & Cooling. Jason, the estimator, gave us a range of options and helped explain the differences between systems/units. When making recommendations he took into account, our budget, family size, how long we planned to stay in the house and tailored his recommendations to the system that was the right for us. His pricing was very fair and comparable to other local businesses.

The installation team, Johnny D. and Kellen, did a great job. The installation took several days - they had to deinstall the old unit, install new furnace and AC and install new duct work and venting for both units. They even helped to troubleshoot a tricky duct pathway so that the unit could vent discreetly out the back of the house.They were friendly, clean, professional and quiet - I work from home so it's saying something when a major appliance install was happening directly under my office and my day wasn't interrupted in the slightest.

I would absolutely recommend Efficiency Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs.
