Evan arrived on time and had our kitchen sink leak issue resolved in less than an hour and replaced all the plumbing done incorrectly by previous owners for IMO very reasonable rate. Will use Kevin Cohen and Evan again for any future needs.

The two Jason's were amazing. They went above and beyond fixing our problem. If there was a ten star rating I would give it to them.

    Tldr at bottom.
So these guys were hired by my landlord to run new lines to the several properties he owns. They are all next to each other. They were out here several times over the course of a week, always working outside. I never once talked to anyone, had anyone try to contact me, or ask to get into my house. Aside from my landlord telling me they would probably have the water shut off for a few hours.

I came home for lunch on a Wednesday, and the water was off. They warned me, so I was prepared. I came home after work, and the water was still off. I called my landlord Thursday morning and told him my water is still off. He called me back within the hour, and told me he got the plumbers to come out between 2:00-4:00 later that day. I called the office just to verify the time window. I rushed my work and got done early. I got home at 2:00. They didn't show up till almost 5:00. The guy spent an hour walking around, and eventually said he couldn't find the incoming water line.

Apparently they never bothered finding my water line before they started the job, and assumed my water was connected in line with my neighbors. So they only ran lines to my neighbors houses, and cut mine off completely. It was a complete lack of preparation, and lazy work. He said he didn't have the tools to find the water line, and they'd have to come back friday.

They told me they'd be there around 8:00 Friday morning. They showed up around 12:00. After 3 hours, they apparently still couldn't find the water line. So they decided to run a whole new line. They called and told me they'd be back Monday around 8:00 again. When I got home later on friday, my laundry room smelled terrible. Turns out one of them tracked cat 💩 through there and didn't clean it up.

On Monday they showed up around 12:00. They didn't finish that day, and had to come back the next day to finish up. At least the last day, they showed up on time.

I now have running water, but the work they did was sub par. They installed my new main shut off too close to the edge of the box. The valve handle hits the side, so you can't actually shut it off. They also installed it directly under my outside water valve, so I can barely even hook a hose up to my spicket without putting pressure on it. These are all very common sense things that almost seemed on purpose. And if it wasn't on purpose, it means they honestly didn't think of these things. I'm not sure which is worse.

It apparently ended up costing my landlord a fortune. In the end he got charged 4 times the original quote, despite the fact the only reason the work needed to be done, was because they messed up somewhere, and couldn't figure out where. I'm talking thousands of dollars. I'm sure this company is fine to deal with if they don't mess up. But when they do mess up, the customer ends up without running water for a week, and being trapped into paying thousands of dollars to get it fixed.

They could have at least just charged materials, and kept the labor at the original quote, or at least a reasonable cost. They also seemed to send out a different person every time, which seems counterproductive. To top it all off, they insinuated that me or one of my neighbors stole one of their flashlights. Who steals a flashlight?

Tldr; They cut off my water on accident, couldn't figure out how to fix it for a week, did shoddy work, insinuated I or one of my neighbors stole a flashlight, charged my landlord exhorbitant prices to fix their own mistake, and were just generally terrible at communicating.
