Very disappointed! We used Kevin Cohen before and had a good experience so when we needed a plumber again they were our first call. This time though we were very disappointed with the outcome. I called due to finding a little water behind our refrigerator and seeing some minor warping on the baseboard. I explained to the guy that came out (won’t post name) what was happening. He proceeded to go under the house, found no water or leaks, tightened the copper line going into the refrigerator and said that should fix it. Meanwhile, he didn’t turn the water back on to even “test” things. I had to do that myself and discovered later that night when I didn’t hear any ice being made that the problem really wasn’t fixed. I know that they don’t do refrigerator repair work but, I thought that maybe by explaining to the guy the “symptoms” it would be a matter of deduction but, don’t say the problem is fixed and then not want to deal with the facts afterwards. I was also told that I potentially had mold on only one floor joist and was referred to a different company to have this checked out. Of course hearing this I called and had them out the next day. Well....no mold!! Thank goodness they came out and did a free estimate! My brother and I ended up discovering the problem!! Horrible customer service after the job is done. Would never use Kevin Cohen Plumbing again.

Great Service! Called after hours & left a message that we needed a service call to our residence. Received a text 7:30am the next morning that a Technician was available & would be arriving around 8am. Jason arrived, diagnosed issue & has parts ordered. Couldn’t ask for better service! Each of the technicians that worked at my place replacing my water service line were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions, polite, put things back if they had to move something, and didn't track mud or dirt into my home. I'm very pleased with the quality of their work!

I have a new unknown spot I was sure was due to a broken sewer pipe. They were here in less than an hour to scope the property and mark where my drain was verses the water. Wasn’t me. Discussed options of where it could be coming from at allay my concerns. After several calls that all pointed me towards this business at least I found all my answers in one place!

They came out for an emergency sewer backup and quoted us outrageous prices, more than triple what other plumbers charge for the same services. Unfortunately, had to spend $90 just to find that out. We went with Drain Masters instead and definitely made the right choice.

Had a different plumbing company out because toilets were clogging up. Cost several hundreds of dollars and was not fixed. Jordan & Christopher were able to figure out the problem. They were very professional and courteous! As a Realtor, i will now recommend Kevin Cohen Plumbing to my Real Estate clients. Good job guys!! Thank you

Thank you Kevin Cohen Plumbing for taking care of the emergency so quickly! If you are looking for a company that will get things done quickly and professionally, there is no need to look elsewhere. I called 2 other companies and they said they would call me back. By the time one of them returned a call, Jason of Kevin Cohen Plumbing (and very knowledgeable) had already taken care of the leaky PVC Bushing. In addition, Jason attached a turn off valve that was more direct for our system. They are the BEST!

Colby did a great job asking us specific details of our problem, which we appreciated very much. He kept us informed before & after the job. Unfortunately, parts have to be ordered so this job will take a bit longer than expected but not by the fault KCP it’s by our old pipes :) our experience thus far has been exceptional & we would highly recommend KCP.

First of all, I called KCP and was treated with so much kindness, which was so awesome! Then, someone was able to come check out the issue within the hour- even more awesome. Jessie H from KCP Drain Service did an excellent job on servicing timely and efficiently on a clogged toilet/shower repair at my home. He was very friendly, fast, and remained super positive even though it’s a gross job and he was suffering from allergies. (He’s a trooper for sure!) I appreciate the hard work very much! I will definitely recommend this plumbing service to friends who are searching.

Amazing service. Last day of 2017 a Sunday and I called at about noon. Roy your on call service person was here at about 2pm and not only finished but did such a great job!!! I am very impressed by your company and by your employees. I will recommend Cohen Plumbing to everyone I know.
