Jordan came over, he was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing. He was quick and efficient and friendly. I wasn’t happy about paying 149 for an hour when it took him 20 minutes. I also wish I’d been told on the phone that was the case and that Jordan was not qualified to do everything I needed done. So the main thing I needed done didn’t get done today and I’m not sure when it will be done. Also and this is probably nit picking but I really didn’t like how Jordan smelled of cigarette smoke.

I didn't have a good experience. The people were very friendly and super fast same day service but I felt like I was a little taken advantage of and overcharged. It was $200 just to replace a sink I already had just needed it installed. Then the worker called back to tell me it was another $100 for a small leak. Total $300. Im sorry but I probably would not use this company again. Disappointed.

Angel was prompt and very nice. He explained everything in a professional manner and I never felt pressured into anything. Since the water heater had an element replaced before and it was the original when the Duplex was built over 15 years ago we decided to replace it. Angel was fast and efficient. We will definitely use Kevin Cohen again.

Brandon repaired a front of the house hose spigot that would not turn off. Our under house crawl space is small, but he did the work quickly on a weekend evening. Of course an emergency after-hours job costs more but the company was very up-front about the charge and the total cost was quite acceptable.

We were informed by EWEB that we had a leak in our main line water system. After investigating the situation, we contacted Service Masters, who in turn referred us to Kevin Cohen Plumbing.

We called and left a message on his after hour’s line; then "E" Mailed him via the address provided by Service Masters.

Within 10 minutes, we received a call from Jay, who then set up the appointment to have our main line repaired.

The technician arrived approximately 30 minutes later and repaired the leak. He was very pleasant and professional.

Kevin Cohen Plumbing is fantastic, reliable, and honorable. They charged us for only the task - no overtime, no emergency call, etc.

I would definitely contact Kevin Cohen again in the event we need plumbing services.

A weekend call due to leaky kitchen plumbing. When I called, I was connected with a plumbing professional immediately. He was at my house in less than 20 minutes. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Turns out it was an easy fix. The whole experience was efficient, professional and I would highly recommend them.

We've worked with this company a number of times over the years, including recently, for repairs snd installation. We've found them to be professional, knowledgeable, responsive/timely and helpful!

They installed my new, tankless (gas) hot water heater (re-routed all pipes from old). They did a very professional job & put the heater inside a box, to protect from the elements (which is not something the competition had quoted).

Also, when it turned out the problem was with the previous owner's bad plumbing skills that made me not get hot water, Jay sent someone back out to take care of my faucets. Love these guys.

I heard water spraying under my house and called Kevin Cohen Plumbing to come repair the pipe. Brandon was quick and professional. He explained what most likely happened and crawled under my house to fix the problem. He was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

Charged $175.00 to walk in the door and assess a hot water heater (are you kidding?). The only issue was getting water hot enough for long enough up one flight to take a bath. The easy $400.00 answer (far less if you do it yourself) is to get a booster. Mr. Cohen listed every reason why numerous other solutions wouldn't work, named solutions that cost thousands of dollars, and finally when pressed enlisted the easy, inexpensive solution. He spoke only to the landlady (it was so rude) although I pay $1800.00 rent, about $500.00 in bills and was the reason he got this job.
We pay $100-150 max for plumbers we use for properties we own in San Francisco and this local company charges more than them. Wow. Wouldn't use him, too much time wasted, too much $, & please get to the point Kevin.
