We had a clogged mainline. I called at 810am this morning and got an appointment for today between 1-3p, the plumber showed up at 215p and had determined where the clog was and had it removed in less than an hour. I’ve never had to call or use a plumber before but if I ever need plumbing help again I will surely be calling KCP.

Replaced an outdoor faucet that was 30+ years old and leaking. The plumber that was sent to do the work was friendly and professional. The work too about 15 minutes, but was completed to perfection.

We arranged for an estimate for 8am. We received a call at 8am saying that it was a 35 minute drive and they needed to make sure it was a real job before they wasted their time driving out to my house. Don't waste your time calling them.

Saturday night, we experienced a leaky water heater at our home. We called Kevin Cohen Plumbing, and their 24 hour service responded immediately. Evan asked me to text him a photo of the issue, so he could evaluate, and familiarize what part was required before he showed up. When he arrived, He went up to our attic to trace the lines in the house. . Very impressed by his friendly nature at 10PM on a Saturday, especially after working all day. The fees were more than fair for the weekend. Evan & Brandon helped us get to know more about our water heating system, answering all of our questions. The best plumbing experience we ever had!
