Kevin Cohen Plumbing

I have used KC plumbing several times and have been satisfied. This last time I was advised that the pay structure changed. Before I knew it I was looking at a $300 bill BEFORE any work had even started. What I mean is that I would have to pay 3 bills and that didn't include actually fixing the problem.

Will not use again

Evan and Felix were prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. They did the job quickly, answered our questions and left the work area neat and clean.

The technician was well-informed about how to get my toilet working smoothly. At first, I was dismayed when he said he might have to call another technician who would put a snake down the line to clear any obstruction, but he put a lot of elbow grease into using the plunger and it worked! I appreciate he didn’t try to sell me any products I didn’t need.

We had a stubborn problem with our upstairs shower. In the sink right next to it there was plenty of hot water. The shower was a trickle. Multiple people had tried to troubleshoot it, all to no avail. Kevin Cohen came in and, through dedication and skill, found and fixed the problem. Eureka!! Hot water and great flow. Thank you!!

Jason David installed a new water heater at our residence in less than two hours. Very fast and efficient! Highly recommended.

They do good work. We just can't get after-hours help fropm them in emergencies due to labor shortages. Not their fault.

Outrageous pricing over $450.00 per hour! In shock. Told them NO! Job was to swap out water heater for one I provided. Told would cost between $850 and $1000.00 and take less than 2 hours. Said if they provided water heater would be over $1500.00.

We were concerned that our rhododendron garden would be disturbed by the installation of a pipeline leading from the new sump pump up to the storm drain. Scott Cox and Tom Jackson showed up with their radio guided drill and guided it under the garden to the pump site. Cole Carter had designed the system and completed the placement. When they left, the garden was untouched. They were such nice people we were sorry to see them go. We cannot praise their work more highly. Many thanks. Madonna and Ken McVicar
