So far l have only good things to say about this company. They were professional and thorough on phone, they sent text reminder the day before appointment, they sent name and picture of technician that was coming before appointment, they called the day off the appointment and said he could come earlier if I was available. The technician was super nice, took off his shoes at door without being asked when he saw that's how we roll, fixed all that he could on the spot, showed me how to drain my hot water heater myself to save me money, and cleaned up after himself. I'll probably have them repipe the old galvanized pipes in the near future and replace the hot water heater if needed, so I'll update after any more work I have done by them.

We have always had good experiences with Kevin Cohen Plumbing. The plumbers are knowledgeable, polite, and hard workers. They explain the options, the cost and estimated time very clearly, so no surprises. They get the job done right the first time and never leave a mess. They also have a 24 hour emergency line. It’s great to know that we can count on them.

You can't get any better service than Kevin Cohen!!! Stacy was the absolute BEST! Jessie H.. and Jason were sooo professional and Friendly !!! They were on the spot, fixed my clog and looked at the pipes... and then Explained Everything!! It was Totally the best experience. They also didn't break my Bank!! Very Reasonable prices!! I have worked with three other plumber services and while i have Nothing bad to say about them... the work and customer service of KC FAR Surpass anyone I've worked with before!!! CALL them.. you won't be sorry!!!

Efficient and professional. Also reasonable rates. I had them out to fix a drain and they came in the middle of the window of time given to me. They cleared the drain, offered a few suggestions, and took pictures of a future project to save me time on getting a quote. They also informed me of financing for large projects. Good customer service.

Quick and easy visit. Hank was courteous and professional. In the end recommended a solution that saved me $$ and time. Helped me order the correct part before he left. Well worth the dispatch fee to know the best and most cost effective path forward.

Our water heater had been acting strange lately, and it is located in a hard to access area. Jason was on time, explained all of the repair versus replacement issues and left us feeling like we knew a lot more than we did in the beginning.
Very helpful and would highly recommend this company again.

Nate from Kevin Cohen's Plumbing showed up much sooner than expected, examined the issue, and said there was nothing to be done. He offered me some options, but didn't pressure me to buy more. Both people I've spoken with from this company were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended.

We just came back into town from vacation and by chance walked out to the garage for something and noticed a major leak in the hot water heater tank. The last thing we wanted to do was deal with a plumbing mess.

We called Kevin Cohen plumbing and spoke to a very nice young lady who was able to schedule us same day, but not until after hours. A few minutes after setting an evening appointment and hanging up the phone I had s call back letting me know they had s plumber in the area that could swing by now if we had time.

Brandon showed up, was extremely polite, easygoing, knowledgeable and took his time to explain what had happened and what best options were.

Literally within 15 minutes Brandon had a fix in place and off to save another customer.

We had the plumbing for our entire house updated. On the scheduled day Anthony and his crew were on time, efficient, thoughtful and courteous to my husband and me, and to each other as well. Very professional and respectful. They protected our home by wearing booties over their shoes whenever inside. They answered our questions and addressed our concerns. A second crew joined in the next day and the job was completed in only two days. Everything was cleaned up -sweeping inside and outside, hauling away all the old metal piping. Also the crew that did the horizontal drilling from the meter, under the driveway, to our house did not disturb any landscaping. Amazing! We are very happy with all the work.
