The installation team was skilled, friendly and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to have around. They installed a door over the interior part of my unit and checked the pressure of the ducts. This was a follow-up after the installation of my new Coleman heat pump.

Chris and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable with the system. Chris explained the process thoroughly and they finished the install in one day. What impressed me most was Chris and his partner stopped when they saw me hauling fencing to my backyard and they both jumped in and helped get it done quickly. I can't say enough good things about these young men. I will recommend Associated Heating and cooling to everyone I know.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Team was super friendly and knowledgeable and even stayed late to finish up as they had some installation issues they had to work thru. Chris and Matt were awesome as well as the rest of the crew that helped out!

Sierra let us know she was arriving soon, was on time, introduced herself on arrival and quickly got to work. She asked questions, quietly went about her work , explained what she had done when she was finished and congratulated us on harboring three tree frogs!

Very professional, installed ductless system in a few short hours and explained how to use remote. Made sure all their garbage was picked up and hauled away. They were GREAT! Highly recommend!

The company is hands down the best. I got three quotes for the full replacement of my heart pump. This company had the lowest bid for good quality. Their sales guy was great as well as the office staff. They called me right away to schedule, and followed up with a reminder. The crew who installed the heat pump were very professional and they used a drop cloth through my home so the floors didn’t get dirty. That was a bonus.

From start to finish, this was a very good experience for us. From the initial inspection and proposal to the finished job, we felt confident in the installation duo, the electrician, and the equipment. We also felt confident in Blake Prescott's presentation and his willingness to answer all of our questions regarding the installation and the Daiken equipment. We have already had thwe opportunity to use the new unit to take the chill off. Thank you all.
