I am so happy that I chose Associated Heating & AC to do a full installation of my heat and air-conditioning system including installing the cut in vents and duct work. Aside from 1 chick in the office, the team was amazing. From Blake in Sales to James who did the measure up to Tobin who oversaw the job, Stephanie and Christina who organized the workers & inspections to Max who did the final inspection, I was impressed with them all! I especially appreciated the electrician being able to do some other jobs for me around the house including replacing my bathroom fans, installing 3 ceiling and light fans and removing the cadet heater in my living room and more. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name but him & his assistant were great!

My whole project took less than 3 days & there was no clean up needed as everyone was very neat. They also worked great in my house with my 2 loose dogs running around. I would recommend them to everyone!

I love Associated. They are super responsive. Their office staff is great. Their estimators are very helpful and knowledgeable, excellent communicators. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We've used them many times and have always been pleased. Highly recommend.

We're investigating residential HVAC system options to figure out whether and how best to update our current set-up. Blake, the Associated comfort advisor who visited, gave a very articulate and helpful assessment. Simply put, he's well-informed and a great tutor. Patient with my questions, and also presented a lot of considerations that we weren't necessarily aware that we should have. He was able to share realistic cost ranges. Once we figure out which direction we take, we'd be very comfortable pursuing a specific quote with Associated.

This appointment was for yearly maintenance and cleaning of my ductless heating and cooling unit. Cade was very professional, courteous, thorough, and helpfully answered all my questions about troubleshooting issues and general home maintenance of my system, even asking if I had further questions. Very pleased with the technician and the service received.

This is the second home I have air-conditioned using Associated. That tells you something right there! However, for this house, I went ahead and got two other estimates before calling Associated. That was a very interesting experience, and it showed me that I had made the right choice by going with Associated before.

Shawn and his team were punctual, ethical, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They went above and beyond, finding problems we did not know existed, and fixing them without charge. Our home is the most comfortable it has ever been.

When you go with Associated, it's not an estimate… It's a bid. You are getting the final amount you will pay. The other companies I spoke to gave estimates that were quite inaccurate. The other companies also recommended systems that would not actually have worked very well in our home. In fact, the systems the other companies recommended would have failed within just a few years, because they were not appropriately sized for the house and the existing ductwork--meaning the coil for the air conditioning unit would have iced over, and the compressor would have degraded and required replacing. That's expensive. Also, the other two companies we spoke with sent salespeople who were so focused on making a sale, they didn't really pay attention to our long-term comfort and savings as their customers. And they weren't that knowledgeable about the equipment they were selling.

Associated gave a bid, and when it turned out we needed more work done than they had included in the bid, they included the extra work without adding to our bill. Blake, who sold us this system, was exceptionally knowledgeable and was very careful to recommend only a system and setup that would do the job perfectly.

Definitely will use for all of our heating and air conditioning needs going forward. Highly recommend.

We chose Associated because of their professionalism and knowledge when we converted from geothermal to gas 3 years ago. They were the only company (out of the three we received quotes from) who had a plan for running the gas lines across the garage and through our house. Every tech we’ve had in our home has been respectful and pleasant. Eric was here today - professional, friendly, and wore booties and mask without being asked!

Blake came and advised us on all the info regarding the ductless system. He was very professional, knew his product, and very personable. Answered all of our questions about install, how quiet the machine is and explained installation. All in all, we were very happy with Blake.

The entire process for replacing my heat and AC was was professional and efficient. They were able to provide exactly what I needed to make my home more comfortable. The team was amazing and they provided a great quality product. I highly recommend Associated Heating.
