Associated was able to get to our repair 4 days sooner than scheduled. The Service Tech “Chad” was excellent; fast, efficient and kept me apprised of his progress. We had a bad 22 year old electronic thermostat replaced; and on inspection, a bulging dual capacitor was replaced for the compressor motors and finally the known low refrigerant was brought up to specification. I’m always a little surprised at the incredible mark-up on component parts so I didn’t give any points for “Value” but the technician and prompt competent service was excellent!

Blake was great! He’s really a great asset for your company. He went above and beyond. We were so pleased that we decided to buy a central air heat pump after his visit. They will install on August 24th! Thank you for great service!!!

Great experience having a ductless A/C installed. Impressed with how many people, that did different aspects of the installation. Taylor and his fellow worker did a very quick yet thorough job and were responsive to our input for preferences for aesthetics or placement choices. Very happy with the professional look of the A/C in the bedroom and the minimal footprint of the unit outside. VERY QUIET.
