Associated air were wonderful to work with. From quote to installation took only two weeks. The value was unbelievable. The technicians who came to install, where professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

Max had Very good communication and excellent problem solving skills. The company is very responsive and sends a text message with a photo of the technician arriving so safety is reassured.

Blake was great lining us up with the estimate . Jess, Matt & the electricians did a great job with the install…. They were friendly, prepared and expedient. Jess installed my first daikin, I was glad he was here for the second one! Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Had another great experience with associated. Because of the smoke last year we ended up needing a DEEP cleaning of my first system and Max did a great job. Professional, courteous and detail oriented. Thanks again for the great service.

Max showed up on time, listened to my complaints, and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Had the part he needed in the van and had it fixed in like 20 minutes. My situation may not be the norm but I was very pleased with my experience. Max was friendly, efficient, and fast. Would definitely recommend. ☺️

Sierra was here for several hours and did a thorough, detail oriented job in the yearly servicing of our splits. We’re very glad we chose Associated to install them.

Darius found the issue with our HVAC system immediately and effected repairs on the spot. As it was an issue related to recent maintenance work, there was no charge for the repair. Very pleased overall.

We had problems with the air conditioner not shutting off and it turns out it was the settings on the remote. She came right out it was so good to find the problem and did not make us feel like we didn’t what we were doing
