We needed a diagnosis of the problem with our electric forced air furnace. Chad was prompt, efficient and courteous. We have a home warranty which covered the heating system. Chad went above and beyond the call of duty to provide the (often excessive) information they required to qualify for replacement of the furnace. Once approved, there was still a significant cost that was not reimbursable. Knowing that we were seniors on a fixed income, Chad worked hard to find a system that was as affordable as possible. Within a week the new furnace was in and working. So grateful to Chad and his installation team!

Then a team came & did prep, reviewed spaces, placement of ductless units & electrical needs & power access
Finally, several teams worked over 2 days to do the installation.
They were courteous, & kept us informed of status over the 2 day period.

There were several technicians who installed a new ductless heat pump system. They did a professional job and the system works fine. They were a pleasure to work with.

I had this company update our 25 year old system and was extremely impressed with their work, employees, and overall running of the company. I really liked receiving calls the day before to remind me of their arrival time and what was expected of me. I also really appreciated the crew of Chris and Matt the two days they were at my house. They never once complained about my small crawl space and truly seemed to enjoy their job! I liked hearing Chris mentoring Matt and both spoke very highly of Associated Heating and Air Conditioning.
