Cool Heat Heating and Cooling

This company came to my home in Salem through AHS. They were very nice and got my furnace and air running. They came back to replace a pipe that could have been flammable. I have a service person here today to check filters, etc., and discovered that a connection is not connected that should be. Now I have to call AHS again to come out and fix that. I am disappointed

They said it was safe to run a furnace at 8am, I felt there was still an air quality issue, called NW-Natural they red flagged it and detected carbon monoxide in all the rooms..... safety first?
