Gerrit was super helpful and explained everything that was going on. Very personable and I felt like he was trying to be very cost-effective. My heat pump went out 6 days before Christmas, and he had it working within 2 days! Amazing customer service.

Keith was the technician that came to do my maintenance. He was friendly and thorough. It was helpful that he answered a question I asked about an upcoming remodel in the room where my main unit is. Even my dog thought he was great. Thank you Keith!

I am very satisfied with the service. Clint is amazing. Very efficient and pleasant. He have found all the things that was wrong with my electric furnace. I highly recommend him.

So far so good though our problem has not been resolved. Garrett has kept me appraised of what is going on the entire step of the way. I feel confident the problem will be fixed. His knowledge and professionalism is greatly appreciated. He even took his shoes off before entering my home. Not necessary but definitely noticed!

I had a maintenance service on my heating and cooling units with Patrick Brown this afternoon and he did an impeccable job cleaning them, he was super nice and friendly. Garrett was great. We have a difficult unit to access and he remembered not only how to get there, but came armed with cleaning equipment and a great attitude. Really glad to have him there today.
