My gas furnace quit working. I called a few places and either I got voicemail, didn’t get a call back or they couldn’t get me on their schedule for a couple days. Home Comfort had Johnny come out the same day! He was punctual, courteous, VERY knowledgeable and took the time to teach me a few things about my furnace and what to look for if there is ever another issue. Super nice guy! When I called Home Comfort, Jodie answered and she is so nice. It was like talking to a friend. AND I thought their price was reasonable as well! I will definitely be calling Home Comfort if I have any issues with my furnace or A/C in the future!

•• Update on prior Review -- After a brutal summer my heat pump/AC unit was functioning poorly while trying to heat my home. Daniel was very pleasant and efficient as he did a thorough diagnostic, gave me his assessment of the situation, and suggested several options to consider before doing any further work. I appreciate the explanations and am reviewing the next steps and associated costs. Regardless of which option I choose (repair vs replace a 14 y.o. unit) I am confident I will receive a good value. I am a satisfied returning customer.

• Spoke with folks at Home Comfort on a Thursday about a non-emergency heating/heat pump problem. The technician (Valente) arrived on Monday AM, performed a thorough diagnostic and made a recommendation for the specific repair. He also offered several suggestions regarding maintenance to keep the system at optimal performance, and did not try to up-sell any other services or products. The repair was performed and all is well again. I was very impressed by Valente's knowledge, professionalism, friendly demeanor, and efficiency. I will definitely be a return customer!

Both Brandon and Jason are very knowledgeable technicians. They work fast, and bill fairly. All the staff I've interacted with at Home Comfort have been very communicative, proactive and responsive. Great Company.

David was great! Very friendly and respectful of our home. He was knowledgeable about our system and did a great jod with the maintenance.

We did a full home remodel as well an addition. We were introduced to Home Comfort while getting bids for hooking up the mechanics and boiler for our heated flooring system, which they did beautifully and we enjoy it everyday. Doing a full remodel, we then hired their electrical department to do all the electrical for our new addition, living room and some kitchen work. They are so friendly as we’ve had experienced other electrical companies, we know a good one when we see one! We hired Home Comfort again to install our fireplace. I bought the stove from another stove company but decided not to have them install it because they refused to install it the way it’s advertised just because they didn’t want to go into the crawl space. Home Comfort had no problem installing it safely and with the look we were going for! They are all respectful and we were happy to have them in our home. They all got drilled with questions from my sons and answered them as they worked. Nick from electrical even got shot with Nerf bullets as he installed the cable lights for our living room. During a remodel there are many people in and out, many companies and hiccups...but I can stand by the fact that all departments of Home Comfort have rolled with the punches and were there for us when we needed them even in the times when other companies made the mistakes. It was a rough 3-4 months because of the remodel but we only found ourselves grateful we found Home Comfort.

Nick and his assistant are very personable and professional. Nick has installed three heaters for us now and they have all been working great as well as looking good. Nick is always willing to take the time to answer questions that come up and we really appreciate that.We feel very comfortable with Nick and we'll likely have him come back again for other electrical needs.Thank you!
