Brandon came out to help us figure out what was wrong with our heat pump. He immediately found and fixed an unusual noise we were hearing. Because the system fan wouldn’t shut off nor would the whole system shut off he suggested we needed a new thermostat, which we got. Brandon was very polite, professional and informative. We were very impressed and happy with the service.

Great experience with this company start to finish. The bidding process was smooth and I had several options to choose from. I ended up going with the high efficiency heat pump system. They were able to get the job scheduled relatively quickly. They were on time and finished exactly when they said they would. They were very conscientious of wearing masks inside the house and keeping distance given the virus. They even fixed my janky dryer vent while they had some down time for no extra cost - great service!
