The Technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my problem quickly and accurately. However, I was charged $431.35 for a part that cost about $100. Some places had them for less. I understand labor cost are involved, but it took 15 minutes to install.The $79.00 trip fee was placed on top of that. I won't be calling them again.

Update: After calling Home Comfort Heating and voicing my question over the price of parts - I was contacted by the office in order to resolve my concern. Apparently local distributor prices are higher - even to contractors - than internet prices! That huge disparity would certainly encourage customers to buy their own parts online for less than even a contractor could get them. Nonetheless, Home Comfort is tied to their local distributors and the price they have to pay them. With that said, they did reduce the price of the item that I had to pay and promised to reimburse me. I appreciate the effort they made to accommodate me and the speed to which they acted.

Brandon from Home Comfort came out to fix my malfunctioning furnace today. He was prompt, polite, professional, and knew what he was doing! He also explained everything really well. Also, I appreciated that he and his assistant wore cloth masks and booties (to keep floors clean) while they were in the house.

They have the worst customer service and will never call back with updates on what is needing to be done. It's been 3 weeks now with no update after having someone to come out 2 different times and they were only able to diagnose 1 unit and didn't even try to do the rest. Smh if you want someone good I'd go with alpine heating and air they have great customer service and won't leave without telling you what needs to be done.

Furnace stopped working and it was dang cold Things started getting pretty dang cold inside our house as well? Home comfort sent one their guys out named Johnny and he was great! Friendly and personable, knowledgeable and explained things well, and he stayed until he got the job done! Truly an asset to the company. Would definitely call on them again!

Our experience with Home Comfort Heating and Cooling Co was awesome!! Jeremy Chamberlain and John were wonderful!! Jeremy explained every detail about what he was doing and what he recommended needing replaced. A very professional gentleman. We recommend Home Comfort Heating and Cooling Co for Services needed. We had to pay for Services, but it was well worth the cost. When you have to pay $361.00 for repairs and you're smiling when they leave, you know you received great service!!! Thank you, Jeremy!!!

Daniel was on time, was pleasant and answered all of my questions. He was clean and efficient and I was happy with his service.
