Patrick and Johnny have done a fantastic job figuring out our complex hvac system and maintaining it these two years. Pleasant, efficient and thorough.

First, I want to thank Home Comfort for fitting me into their job schedule when some earlier jobs did not take as long as they had anticipated during this record heat period. Second, I am so thankful for Jeremy's excellent service. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what he would do to fix it. Home Comfort could not find a better representative for its business. He has made a loyal customer out of me.

I called Home Comfort for a 2nd opinion on an issue with our Geothermal system. Mike did a spectacular job of troubleshooting and identified 3 issues that had not been identified prior. I will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

Jeremy from Home Comfort arrived on time to inspect my duct system and supply bids for additional services. He also called me prior to our appointment as requested as I have dogs on my property that needed to be kenneled prior to his arrival. He was exceptionally helpful in educating me on my system for my recently purchased home built in the mid 90’s.
He advised me on how to run the system more efficiently, what services he recommended for future maintenance, the life expectancy for my current system and what system would be a good replacement. He was polite, professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Received a professional, prompt and affordable proposal from Aaron at Home Comfort for a project. Then I attempted to schedule this job 5 different times (between 05/31-07/06) and each time I call, I have been provided with some excuse why I would need to receive a "call back". I have never received a call back. Seems like someone at Home Comfort should be aware that you are sending people out to bid jobs but failing to scheduling the jobs once accepted?
