All of the personnel at Home Comfort are fantastic. From Jodi and Miranda who help with customer service when calling, to the amazing Shane G, who simply never gives up. There were several issues with my heat pump that required not your usual service and maintenance. Shane hung in there for hours and needed to contact the manufacturer for specific information. He never appeared flustered or impatient. Hats off to the entire company, especially Shane. In fact, on a side note, Home Comfort was nice enough to reduce the bill even though the warranty wouldn't cover all of the work needed to be done. I'd recommend Home Comfort highly.

We were having problems with our heat pump and another company said it was a compressor and the repair would be $2,200. Jody from Home Comfort went out of her way to get our service appointment moved up after some early confusion on what it was we needed.
Jeremy came out today and spent the first 15 minutes taking apart the control panels and checking everything so he could come to an unbiased opinion. He discovered the hard start had gone bad, saving us over $2,000. He was extremely professional and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. I would feel very comfortable recommending Home Comfort, Jody & Jeremy. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Patrick was enthusiastic about his work. He was efficient and helpful.

Bret Halagean serviced my HVAC system today. Very polite and professional. Told me a part would need to be replaced at some point and I had him take care of it while he was here.

Matthew provided maintenance service on our ductless heat pump yesterday. He was professional, thorough, and informative. He was prompt and courteous. We would be happy to have him provide service in the future at our home.

We are very happy with the service provided by Johnny!! He took time to determine the reason for our air conditioning not working- provided a much cheaper solution than we were quoted by another company. Very appreciative to his attention to details & allowing time to run a thorough assessment.

Brandon exceeded my expectations in regards to my HVAC service today! His professionalism, and attention to detail, were top notch. He followed all safety procedures, and left my home in better condition than when he arrived Thank you, Brandon. I highly recommend Home Comfort.

5 stars! Excellent work, showed up on time, reasonable charge, Matthew was exceptionally nice and helpful. He also helped install a dryer vent on a different visit. Great - will use again every year for HVAC maintenance!

Bret did a great job. Was here at least three times! But found the leak. Now air condition working right before the next round of hot temps.
