Great experience! The refrigerator in my food cart suddenly developed a hideous loud screeching so I had to close the cart! Jarrett quickly returned my call for help, and called me again when he was heading to the cart. He efficiently and carefully diagnosed and repaired the problem. I appreciated his polite and friendly demeanor as well as his expertise. The price was more reasonable than I expected too!

My employer switched to this company after a billing issue with our previous contractor. Our first interaction was great, showed up the day of and even had the part to fix our ice machine. It was a ~$150 BS piece of plastic that I did vet to be somewhat accurately priced. Labor cost was a little generous but if any contractor (plumber, electrician, etc.) charges you for just an hour of labor I'm fairly happy.
Their employee was speaking negatively about their competitors, whom we had just ended relationships with. Using expletives and saying you're paying for one expert and an apprentice.
This recent interaction, a few weeks after, wasn't the same at all. Their receptionist was respectful and told me a technician would contact me. Whoever did (I wish i remebered his name), was pretty rude and honestly sounded bothered that I had an issue. Part of me wanted to ask if he wanted my business? When explaining the issue i was continuously interrupted, and finally when asked who previously serviced the machine, I laughed and said, "YOU!!" Which was met with more uncertainty. After trying to explain our works hours and when he could arrive to service the machine (and many interruptions), I had to tell him, "ok I will see you here, tomorrow, at 1pm, right?" just to get the confirmation. I'm still not sure I was confident they would arrive. As it felt like my problem to deal with.
There were other interactions with my manager i cant speak on because i wasnt there. They did pertain to billing issues which we are particularly aware of.

I hate to bring anyone down right now but everyone is struggling, particularly bars, restaurants, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES. I didnt appreciate the way I was treated and this is the honest product of that.

Jarret came out same day on short notice. Went to work on our floral cooler straight away. He was professional and courteous. Fair price for great service. Thank you American Refrigeration.

American refrigeration came out and fixed my 2 door beverage cooler with in 48hrs. The service technician was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong with it. The price was reasonable and was fixed the same day. Will use them again. Highly recommended.

Fast, professional service. Everyone in the office is happy to have the water machines working again! No weird misc charges, just the cost per hour. I called 3 other places in town and none were available for days and all charged fees to just come out, either calling it a driving fee or initial account fee. American was also cheaper per hour. Thanks Jarret and American Refrigeration team. You guys might have good luck going on social media, not alot of chatter around for refrigeration experts.

Ron is the man! I called him at 4pm on a Friday about my fridge that just went out unexpectedly. He helped me diagnose the problem in about 5 minutes on the phone. I will certainly go back to Ron next time I have an issue with my fridge.

Don’t ever use this company! Called today to fix a refrigerator. They charged me 3 hours of labor fee that more than half of the hours he uses to pick a little part from shop! Was gonna try them to fix our restaurant’s AC and refrigerators in the future, however now they lost our business if that’s the way they do bussniess. Thank you American Refrigeration!

They have bailed me out more than once. Usually same day service, if not, the next day.
Their rates are more than fair, and will work with you to keep the cost down with preventative maintenance.

Awesome customer service! A great company to have work done. Fast, fair pricing, nice guys!! Will definitely use them in the future!

We used them to hook up our walk in freezer. They went above and beyond, did a thorough job and had really fair pricing.
