I've dealt with at least four different people at Mountain View. Everyone has been extremely nice, professional, thorough, and always on-time. Larry S. performed my furnace maintenance today. He showed me pictures of various system components and explained test results and potential problems that could arise in the near future. He even took the time to clean the furnace exterior and reapply tape to some areas.

From the initial sales work with Donnie Thompson to the extraordinary service at installation provided by Rufino, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend. The work happened to be performed during the two coldest days of the year here, and Rufino, on the 2nd day of the installation, worked from 8:00AM to 7:00PM to insure everything was done right and worked perfectly. He also spent quality time explaining how the Thermostat worked and how to change air filters and everything about the new system. He was THE BEST! Thank you Mt.
