Chris in dispatch & Jacob, the Service Tech were both awesome! Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. Mountain View Heating went above & beyond to accommodate our schedule. They were on time, professional, and reasonably priced. Jacob was super competent and knowledgeable and resolved our issue in less than 15 minutes. Thanks Mountain View Heating for getting our heat back on!

Mountain view heating has been maintaining our hvac for about 4 years now. Their guys have all been very knowledgeable. i especially like it when Del comes to do the maintenance. He’s very thorough and has years of experience. Also he’s a very nice man who doesn’t mind answering any questions I have.

Rufino and his assistant arrived to correct a serious problem with the original installation of my furnace. They had to remove my furnace, install a spacer plenum to provide a proper gap between the AC coil and the furnace heat exchanger. Rufino was clearly very experienced. He worked at a steady pace, and once the furnace was reinstalled, he finished all duct work, insulation and testing himself. He was able to adjust the fan speed back to the factory setting. The furnace now operates quietly and the house warms up more quickly. I’m very satisfied.

Mountain View Heating & Cooling is our "go-to" HVAC service provider. Starting with replacing our furnace in a winter storm a few years ago sooner than anyone else, they continue to provide exceptional customer service w/scheduling and maintenance.
