Jacob K came out and diagnosed the issues and fixed our AC quick! We now have nice cool air cooling us again! He was super nice and courteous.

We recently had the most excellent service from Mountain View Heating. Our heater had not been working well for a couple of months. The service person came out very quickly and we found out that our 20 year old heater was not working any more. They installed a new heater expeditiously. The serviceman, salesman and Willy the installation man were all professionals. We are very happy.

My wife called to set up an appointment to have our HVAC unit serviced. We had the two-year maintenance program from you in the past and wanted to subscribe to the program again. We were able to set it up and, to our surprise , we were able to get the unit serviced the same day! Del was very professional and it was a pleasure to have him service our system. I just had surgery a couple of weeks ago and was unable to move a couple of items to make a clear space for Del to work. He understood my predicament and was able to move those items for me as my wife was not home at the time to help do it. He gladly moved them and put them back after the job was complete. I really appreciated his help and I would surely recommend your company to my friends and neighbors. We have had great service from you in the past (your company installed the furnace unit when the house was built and also installed the Trane A/C unit a few months later) and we will continue to use your company in the future. Service was part of a maintenance agreement (Comfort Club). Requested that Del be the technician. He has worked with us in the past and very impressed with his knowledge and experience. He explains things and leaves decisions to the customer.

Del and Alec arrived on time. Very courteous. All systems were given a “go” after testing. Replaced filter. I believe Alec is new to the company. Willing to take instructions and interacted with me very professionally.

Terrific service!! Steve is a fantastic service technician. This was the first time he has been to our house and he was on time and preformed a great maintenance and evaluation of our furnace/air-conditioner. I would recommend Mountain View Heating to anyone who values their system.

I am kind of bummed that the service package we had in the past has increased so much in price and I'm sure it is due to inflation. But for now because of the price we must opt out. Perhaps in the future you could offer other maintenance programs that are more reasonable.
